Beautiful ambiance-loved the blue lights up high. Very attentive and friendly service: what a REFRESHING EXPERIENCE! Excellent sushi. Fresh. So fresh! Starting with the good staple miso soup. Better than the normal. Gyoza was amazing. Highly recommend. Did the pu pu platter for 1. Quite tasty. For sushi we probably went a little overboard. Sweetheart, spicy white tuna, spider, Queen, and fashion. All were amazingly delicious! The only "thing" was the tap water did not taste super fresh. But I chose to not take away a star ! WE WILL BE BACK! .

Great cocktails, Mai Tai & Scorpion Bowl were elevated, didn't taste just like rum and juice.Sushi roll so good I'm jonsing to go back. Wings were crispy & juicy, gyoza yummy, fab rice & tender beef n veg was great. Server was perfect and management attentive. Delightful clean atmosphere

12/2023: The food quality and prep has gone down by 1 star. Unfortunate...Three visits to Sushi Time and all three were 5 star. Portion size is excellent, the sashimi was fresh and beautifully displayed. Service was top notch. Sushi Chef Chen was very interactive, added to our experience. Will eat here every time I visit New Hampshire.

Our server was delightful and kind. The atmosphere was nice, it was quiet as we went later in the night after Christmas shopping. We shared a pupu platter for one and ordered sushi. The pupu platter was delicious the food was still hot, they're chicken fingers is battered thick if that's what you're looking for. The sushi was so good, I'll never be able to eat sushi from Market Basket again. They're drinks were strong. Leechee martini and zombie is what we ordered, the martini was delightful with the leechee fruit. Can't wait to go back for date night again.
