Our family of 4 had a great lunch at The Last Chair yesterday . Maddy was out waitress and was full of energy, personable and very attentive. Every dish ordered was different and every dish was delicious. Steak tip dinner, pulled pork sandwich, double Burger, poutine, and clam chowder. All dishes arrived together and hot. Fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the atmosphere and every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making our Christmas celebration lunch relaxed and tasty!

cool space, but we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which was mainly cheese, then im pretty sure our waiter forgot to put in our entrees.. we didnt catch his name but we sat at the table for an hour without an update about our food, we ordered a mac n cheese, pizza, and a summer salad which had to be substituted to a caesar as they were out of strawberries, finally he came over to let us know that the food would be out shortly without an explanation or apology as to why it had taken so long, we then asked for the food to go, we opened it at home and the food looked pretty rough and didnt taste very good either..
Responding to your message: I don't think we should have had to ask for a manager or ask our waiter several times where our food was in the first place. He could absolutely tell we were unhappy so he probably should have told the manager we were upset to smooth things over with us, especially if he forgot to put our food in, thats an internal fix. Ive worked in several restaurants before and that is usually how it’s handled, you don't wait for the customers to be so pissed they feel the need to ask for a manager. Pretty ridiculous and sassy response from your restaurant, take some responsibility. The food was awful and we were not sticking around for another hour to have them remake it. Don’t blame the customers for giving honest reviews about their experience at your restaurant. An apology or any accountability would have been nice😂

LOVED the Spicy Hawaiian pizza! Our server was so friendly. I love the lodge-like feeling of the place and the games to occupy us while we waited for a table. All in all, great experience.

The Last Chair is hands down the best restaurant and brewery in the region. My wife and I live in Bristol and visit The Last Chair on a weekly basis for their incredible brews (Vortex is our favorite, but we also like Power Bear and Sunnyside) and delicious food (we've had the pizza, wraps, chicken fingers, burgers and sandwiches). The rustic, ski bum, cabin aesthetic makes for a warm, cozy environment that is complimented by great servers and bartenders (hey Alex!). You simply will not find an establishment in the area that serves better food or beer with better service and if by some chance you do, I'm not trying to hear about it.
