The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because the food is decent but when it comes to answering the phones I think 10% of the time we try to order food they never pick the phone up… pick up your phones or change your times

Used to be our favorite place but the attitude of whoever the woman running the register ruined it for us. Really gone downhill last couple months.

I went to order online and get my usual sub and large fry. the order was ignored. now I'm waiting on a refund because even tho it wasn't put through the money still comes out. next i go down to the restaurant to order it in person cause i figured maybe they were busy. when i went there, they had one table eating. i once again asked for my normal sub Stk and Chz with lettuce pickles olives mustard and bacon with a large fry. i was told they dont put olives in subs. which i thought was weird because i ALWAYS get them in them when i order it. and i have for over a year. The lady at the register talked to the manager who said he has NEVER heard of that order so i wont be getting olives. i said ok thank you anyway im just gunna cancel the order. as i was walking away the lady at the front had a huge attitude about me not wanting food because i didn't get olives on my sub. which yep. that's why i don't want your food. because i always get it and all i got was attitude instead. so i will no longer be spending my money here. which is unfortunate because the subs are my fav.
