So I usually get an extra large hot coffee, 4 cream, 3 sugar with some cofoam on the top. Because I' i like the way it tastes, it went from not being able to get it on the top to having it on the side, and then from having it on the side, i can't even have it on the side. Anymore, apparently I can't put cold foam in my own cup as a grown adult. Because somebody in there wanted to tell me how to live. My life even when I'm paying for it. I think the overreach with these people and employees is exponential. I don't think it's necessary. I don't think they should be telling customers how to have their coffee in the morning. When the customers are the ones that are paying for the coffee. There's absolutely no need of it if you have a policy that states that you cannot put cold foam on top of a coffee, then there's no policy anywhere that I know of that does not allow you to put cold foam in a cop for a customer. So this is pure prejudice. I want a phone call on this because yeah, someone somewhere obviously doesn't like me for somewhatever reason. I'm not sure why. I'm a pretty pleasant person in the morning. Please, thank you, yes, ma'am, no. Ma'am, all that so yeah, anyone want to reach out to me at your earliest convenience from Dunkin Donuts would be wonderful because you know. My next move is to go to corporate with this

Went in to get 2 partially filled hot chocolates & 2 donuts that get smaller everyday. I asked for a hot chocolate top off & was told they leave it short for whipped cream. Good excuse to be cheap with your customers. Find another Dunkin Donuts besides the one on Tenney Mountain Highway across from Hannafords. Won’t go again

I had a visit this location a few days ago and while I was ordering, the cashier was very nice and I asked for a refresher with no ice and she proceeded to ask her manager how to enter it in which was fine, but the manager decided to yell at her saying that they cannot do no ice drinks It was very rude about it and would not acknowledge me at any time of this transaction even though I was still standing at the register waiting to pay. I said it was fine knowing it wasn’t the girls fault, but just very rude manager that I would not want to work under. I will not be visiting this location again.

I got a cin raisin bagel with cream cheese using the app and there was barely any cream cheese on it and the bagel was stale and hard to chew.

I had a negative experience at the register with a staff member (purple highlights, septum piercing and tattoos) who was unhelpful and rude. I ordered a “bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich” without bacon due to religious reasons, but she insisted that I couldn’t order it that way and suggested I remove the bacon myself. I’ve been to DD thousands times and nowhere they said, they can’t take the order if I didn’t want the bacon. Her attitude felt very dismissive, and given that we were the only people of color in this place, it raised concerns about whether her behavior was influenced by our race and religion. I would advise fellow BIPOC to think twice before visiting this location, as it seems that the service may not be equitable.

In all my life, I've never been in a Dunkin Donuts that 2 employees yell at each other and are obnoxious. People waiting were in shock how loud and rude these people were that work there very unfortunate. And on top of it, flung my sandwich across the counter, so it went on the floor. Definite management issues. One was at the drive through and the other was prepping the food. I hope one of them wasn't the manager. They were heavier, set older women, not kids or twenty year olds.They are old enough to know better.

I stopped in to the store on Tenney Mt Highway in Plymouth this morning to get an order for work (which I need the receipt to be reimbursed). I was in the store for 10 minutes or so after, and as I was heading out the door I realized I didn't have my receipt.

I went back to the counter and asked for a receipt. I was immediately hit with a bunch of attitude. "I can't do that. You should have asked for one. And I'm not digging through the trash for you." I said sorry I forgot to ask but I work in retail management and every customer should get a receipt. She said "Well not here if you don't ask for one."

At this point I was agitated and said "Then give me the trash can and I'll dig through it myself but I'm not going to be out $55 because you didn't give me a receipt."

She then scoffed at me and loudly said to her coworker "Apparently I have to dig through the trash for this guy."

Like I said there were only 2 customers after me. The receipt was literally right on top. As she gave it to me she reiterated that "I" was the problem. "Next time make sure you ask for a receipt." No worries. There won't be a next time.

Absolutely abhorrent service at this location. The name at the top of my receipt is Christine.

Ordered a large iced tea and Got a green tea and the matcha I received was so diluted it was basically milk, the workers where all shouting which is semi understandable cause it's lunch rush but when no one can understand one another theirs a problem.
