I'm here every other weekend. I only give corporate places three stars because they're all the same but this Dunkin's has something special with its crew. They're quick and they never mess up my order. It's also one of the only ones in the area so they do get extremely busy at times which just makes the team here more impressive. If you're getting donuts make sure you go early in the morning. Three stars for atmosphere because it's a normal Dunkin'...
Do you guys read the mobile orders that come in?! More times than not my coffee is incorrect from what I order, or cold. Also this morning, I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant....I got a plain old sausage egg and cheese....I dislike sausage.!!.....I didn't notice this until I got to work. I will now be checking my order before I walk out...not just my coffee, but anything else I order as well. Pay attention people!
Extremely long lines, drive thru and counter. Employees not working with enough umph to get the job done in a timely manner. Ordered ahead and still had to wait. Even the employee emptying the trash was taking her own sweet time when she could have used behind the counter.
