All the juices taste the exact same and the general gou (not sure how to spell it) and sesame chicken are the exact same just one has sesame seeds on it

We went during late lunch on a Friday. It was quiet enough that we could easily converse. Meal was enjoyed by all. Waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Food portions were excellent. Only good to share about the experience.

Maybe, just maybe this is a bit harsh, but you read and tell me... First of all, I've been sick for two days since I went there to eat. Not good, and having had food poisoning a couple times before, I know the symptoms. Not fun. But that's not all. We arrived and saw nobody in the parking lot, but the open sign was on. You entering, we felt anything but welcome. The looks we got from the man standing near the bar made me ask if the kitchen was still open. He didn't respond. Finally, a woman who was sitting at a booth on her laptop, got up and said they were open. From the minute we got sat and were given menus, the rush was on
It was before 8pm and it said they were open until 9pm, so I wasn't sure why we were feeling rushed from the get go. Got our food pretty quickly, had to ask for soy sauce, had to ask for spoons for the food, etc. The waitress brought us boxes to put the food in before we had finished a single plate of food. I was just about to have a little more rice when her hand swooped in and took the soy sauce and I guess that was my sign that our permitted eating time had ended, even though it was only 8:24pm. I reluctantly started loading food into the boxes and apparently I wasn't quick enough because she came over and began jamming the food in the other three boxes and then until a large bag. She then pulled the bill out of her apron and stood there staring at me until I provided payment. To get it over with I paid cash. Despite all that I've described, I still left tip, but in hindsight, it was only 15%. But after being sick the past 48+ hours, I wish I had left nothing. And besides all that, the prices were ridiculous. I dine out a lot, and the prices were considerably higher than most Asian food restaurants for the same dishes, and I'm in Manchester which has a strong food scene.

What can I say to make this any better,no much the food is great. The problem is see is they make mai tai drinks ahead of time sometimes they taste sour. They only have 1 alcohol in their mai tai. Most places have 2 or3 alcohols. The bartender is great, but if you ask for a different drink, she has to have the cook.Come out and make it for you. 😅

I was INCREDIBLY disappointed in the service. My mother-in-law called and made reservations for my rehearsal dinner there last night. She had been in contact with the owner/manager in recent weeks leading up to the dinner. We informed the him beforehand that we had allergies to gluten and shellfish. As we sat down, we asked if any of the pu pu platters had shrimp or anything and reminded them of both allergies. They assured us there was no shrimp. That was not true and my cousin ate shrimp thinking it was a chicken finger. He was rushed to the trauma center and needed medical attention. When the waitress came back with the manager, both were incredibly rude. The waitress looked at me specifically (again, I was not the one who set any of this up) and kept raising her voice going “you ask you ask you ask” until I called her out for the way she was speaking to me. Multiple people in our party heard my mother-in-law ask if there was any shrimp and the waitress said no. When my cousin went back to confront them after he was released. He received similar treatment.

Because of their lack of effort, integrity, and honesty, I ended up in the Emergency Room going into anaphylactic shock, it was made known to them that I had a severe shellfish allergy, especially shrimp, once we were all seated for the rehearsal dinner the grooms mother confirmed with the waitress next to me that there was no shrimp. It did not take long for me to look at the groom and tell him that something wasn’t right, and then we realized that what looked like chicken fingers were actually in fact deep fried shrimp in a thick batter that I had fully eaten. I was immediately brought to the hospital and spent hours being monitored and drugged as my throat was nearly closed when we arrived there. Following that, our waitress yelled at the bride, plus others, blaming us for what had happened. After I was finally released from the hospital I went back to speak to a manager, I was met with nothing short of rudeness and a lack of caring that they had sent a me to the ER. Their final reason for it happening was a “language barrier”. With that being said, the waitress when called over by the manager was screaming and could not look me in the eyes or at me, and continued to say she had worked there 15 years and it was not her fault. If you have any form of allergy, I highly suggest to stay away from this restaurant, as they are not at all qualified to handle or take care of one. I spent the entire wedding day and through the wedding exhausted, run down, and still on medication to ensure my body did not try to shut down again. I could not participate in any festivities of my own cousins wedding, which I officiated and struggled to do. Rudeness and lack of integrity as well as a lack of honesty is all this place has to offer.

Despite constant warnings of a food allergy, they served the exact food and then blamed the party vigorously for their mistake. Zero responsibility but the food was alright.
