I am Asian. I sometimes make my own Japanese ramen from scratch. I approve of this ramen. It is better than some bowls of ramen in New York City.

It was the worst noodle experience i have ever had while dining out. I got the pork belly ramen. The pork belly was cold, and the mostly uncooked soft boiled egg was also cold. Then there were the noodles. The texture of them felt undercooked, and the doughy taste was also confirmation that they were not cooked throughly. This place is not the 5th place in 46 years that I couldn't stomach the food. Their fried shiitake mushrooms were good, but that was it.

Not good. Noodles seemed undercooked. Eggs were cold. Pork belly was cold. Broth was bland. Family of 4 and none of us enjoyed and left our meals uneaten.

My girlfriend and I stopped here and loved it! She got the chicken ramen and the mac n cheese, I got the stuffed tots and the buffalo chicken quesadilla. Everything came out fast, fresh and delicious! Service was friendly and the atmosphere inside is really cool. Highly recommend!

worst noodle experience. for the pork belly ramen. The pork belly was cold as well as the mostly undercooked soft boiled egg. The noodles had the texture and taste of undercooked pasta. one of only a handful of times that I could not eat food presidented to me.

Some friends and I are here recently and all struggled to eat any of the food we were given. We had been looking forward to some ramen and found this place online. First of all, we were surprised at the strange variety of dishes offered as it seems that this business lacks a concrete vision. Many of us couldn’t stomach eating more than a couple of bites. Within one bowl of ramen, many items were cold while others were hot so there were very awkward temperature inconsistencies such as a freezing cold egg, that lowered the temp of the whole dish. At the end of the day, what we received felt like college kids trying to spice up their $0.50 dorm room ramen rather than serving quality Asian ramen. I would love to see a higher quality noodle place in Plym. I definitely think if they put some energy into rebranding and focusing on providing higher quality noodle dishes rather than menu items that feel like side-quests, this business could find longevity in the community.
