Came in for the first night of causioki, my first night here I met Bob and his wife. We did karaoke together and they were extremely personable! Tonight we met B, it was his first night back after months of recovery from a broken limb and he killed it! He made me a personal drink.
Service was quick and friendly, he personally thanked me at the end of the night. I never had a bad experience here, every server I've ever had has been absolutely lovely. I plan on making this place a regular occurrence on my schedule, and I hope you do too!

The food was great but a $10 add on for 3 meatballs with pasta? A little ridiculous.

First time at the Grotto, we'll definitely be back. Our server was attentive and the food was really good. I don't often think about stromboli, but imma be thinking about that stromboli 'til I get back there.
My FAVORITE place! We go every Thursday! Bar tenders are top notch and the food is AMAZING! I order extra banana peppers on my pizza every Thursday AND THIS IS WHAT I’M TALKIN’ ABOUT!
Waited over an hour just for apps, longer for our dinner then asked for the check and took another 15 min just to cash out. On top of that a table next to us also waited as long if not longer for their food and was offered dessert on the house, same waiter only gave us apologies.
We were in the area for a concert and stopped here basically because of the location- not really a restaurant atmosphere but the food was acceptable but in no way exceptional- overall ok
I used to love The Grotto for its beer selection, quick & friendly service, and allergy-friendly pizza. Unfortunately, the bar vibe has declined in the last couple of years, and the quality of service is hit-or-miss.
The last straw for me is the food. For years, I've gotten the Verdure pizza because it was the only good vegan pizza in the area - and I didn't have to specify my dairy allergy! However, they recently changed the menu so that the previously vegan pie now comes with regular cheese. You can substitute vegan cheese for a $4 upcharge, which is more than the cost of a whole bag of vegan cheese at the grocery store. If the small pizza wasn't $20 to start with, I might be able to justify the upcharge. But I could make a better pizza (or 3) for the same price at home, so what's the point of ordering out??
Super disappointed.

If you like pizza this is the place to go. Sooo good! They have a fun game room and lots of entertainment.
Pizza was excellent, stayed and watched Rusty Bones rock the house.
Place is awesome for live music and it has plenty of stuff to do inside as well! I’ve been to my fair share of venues and this one is by far one of my new places to go! Right down to the atmosphere, the people and the staff. Food is and I’m gonna be honest 4/5 HOWEVER it’s a solid 4/5 great menu, good selection, and decent price. If you are popping through town this is THE place to be hands down. Don’t even think about it. Just go! thank me later! (or don’t…your loss)
Bartender was miserable
