By looking at the menu it's seems like an Italian restaurant. But the decor and atmosphere give a different feel. Mozzarella sticks have zero flavor. No seasoning on the crumb coating, not even salt. Drinks were good. I got the chicken pesto. Chicken had that rubbery texture like it was frozen chicken sitting for awhile. Pesto sauce was yummy. My son got the chicken parm sandwich, was again lacking in flavor. And over fried.

I place an order at 6:30 pm, I was told to pick up 25-30 minutes. I was here at 7 PM to pick up. Then I was told they’re just putting in at 7:15. I had to wait 15-20 minutes until my order ready. Very unprofessional.

Strolled on in here with the lads to pick up a few pizzas (and a couple meatball subs for Ben and Kev) after a hike. I really enjoyed the ambience and was kinda hoping that we would stick around for a beer and a little chow chow sesh before we got back in the car. While I was daydreaming, the chaps made the decision to do exactly what I was hoping for. Magic. The crew shared some laughs, a buffalo burner, and a chees-a-licious while ascending into Yummytown. One of our guys had big eyes and ordered a way bigger beer than everyone else so I had to help him out. I’m not writing about that to show off or make him feel bad. I’m writing to show our camaraderie.

Ashleigh was an excellent server! The food was great. Ceasar salad had an adequate amount of dressing, croutons, and cheese. The pizza was delicious and hot. The right amount of cheese and sauce. One not over powering the other. The crust was crispy and chewy. Tiramisu was perfect. Not an overwhelming espresso flavor. The fresh whipped cream was an excellent addition.

Had the shrimp scampi app, the stromboli and chicken Marsala with cannelloni. Would definitely order all of it again. The dinner rolls were also amazingKid-friendliness: Even though it feels like a bar atmosphere, there were several tables that had children. And there was enough other noise (karaoke was going on) that kids' noise fit right in. There was also room for kids to move around a little bit

Everytime I order a pizza, and I keep giving them the benifit of the doubt, but pizza is always over cooked, burnt and dry, not enough sauce or cheese.Not the best
Great service by Sarah! Good food with generous portions. Everything was prepared perfectly. There were 5 of us & adult beverages were served. $155 total, and we were well pleased.

First and foremost the best pizza in Plymouth dare I say all of NH, I’ve been a customer since grotto opened and while being impressed by the food the service has historically been pretty bad but tonight my mind has been changed my bar tender Mackenzie as well as other seemingly new faces behind the bar were so effiecient and personable I can’t wait to come back! Thanks Mackenzie you rock and the new manager as well
