First time trying out this place. The food was OK, I would’ve ranked it two stars, but the red sauce was delicious and seemed homemade and that is important, at least to me AND the table-side guacamole service was fantastic, made to order!The staff was pleasant, attentive, and not one bit overbearing.The atmosphere was perfectly fine although to be fair we dined when there were not many others present.Kid-friendliness: Lovely, full kids menu.

Overall, it's a great place for a bite. Somehow I can't call it "dinner" as I've always sat at the bar which doesn't have a dinner atmosphere. Very loud and bright but the servers are always friendly and accommodating.

Had take out twice.Veg burrito and gringo burrito, both good, but I'm sure it's better dinning in.Looking forward to the whole experience... drink and all!

Been there twice and really hoped it would be good. On the first visit the Carne Asada was so dry / like jerky. On the second visit my burrito huge but that was the only thing it had going for it.

WORST FOOD I'VE EVER HAD!!! BEWARE!! My bf and I decided to go out for Valentine's Day 2/14/24 - first visit. It was a St. Valentine's Day Massacre.. disgusting! "Ambiance" - Kids screeching at the tops of their lungs, no sound dampening in close quarters, couldn't even talk without shouting, and I still couldn't hear my bf across the table from me even when he did shout! On TV for our lovely Valentine's date was the news coverage of a mass shooting (I kid you not!) It just got worse after that when the "food" arrived. "Food" - The worst food I've ever had in my life, anywhere in the world. Truly. Chips were double-fried store brand, greasy, zero seasoning, and just a ridiculously huge portion. Do they re-use the half-bag of leftover chips for new customers? Tastes like it! Salsa was store-bought and the Best thing there.. but in real life it's just okay. My enchiladas rojas were cold, tasted off, unmelted cheese, greasy-but-raw mealy corn tortillas. Side of black beans was straight out of a can, undrained, unseasoned.. with a soggy, tasteless plantain chip inserted there for "authenticity." The rice had no flavor and zero seasoning. I ordered a side of shredded lettuce (which they charged me $1 for!) that was swimming in 1/4 cup of water. I ate 1/4 of the meal At Most.. felt like I was going to puke with every bite but was so hungry. Got charged the full amount. My bf got the Mexican burger, ordered medium and received overcooked. Fries had zero salt and tasted like cold grease. He said it was "alright" but clearly didn't enjoy the experience. As soon as we got home I had to run to the bathroom and it was not pleasant. Food poisoning crossed my mind more than once! "Service" - Mediocre, just like everything here. Unremarkable except for how she charged me for something I barely picked at. When she had checked in after serving us, I told her I really wasn't enjoying it. Instead of offering something else, she leaned over the table and said, "Why not?!?!" in fake shock. Probably hears it constantly! No tip for this lady. Nothing she did merited one whatsoever. We will never be back!! Nothing about the experience was even related to Mexico. It made Taco Bell seem like food-of-the-Gods. Dead serious.
The food was very good! I got the Steak Chimichangas, the steak was tender and flavorful. I am looking forward to trying more items on the menu!

I work at Sanctuary and we order from here all of the time. This food is amazing. I get the La Famillia Steak Burrito and it's literally Heaven. They are very kind and professional and don't make mistakes. Great place!
