Seems the menu and in particular membership deals are misleading to the point that items are added and not recognized until after the order is delivered. Appreciate the deals but I do not appreciate finding my order includes duplicate items I didn't realized was added until I see the bill. Overall love The many McDonalds stores I visit every week.

After a long day driving up north to see the eclipse, we stopped for a quick bite. We sat in line trapped in between other cars who also had the same idea. It was 11:00pm.They stopped taking orders and didn't inform the people waiting in the drive thru. We waited for 30 mins before sending my boys inside to see if they could order their food. But even tho people were coming out, they refused to let them in. They close at 1am. I put 1 star just so this would be noticed so in the future, they could just communicate with their patrons what's going on. I'm sure they would have been understanding, instead of waiting in their cars hangry.

I swear to God everybody at this place is brain-dead. My food is ALWAYS messed up in some way if I go here. Save yourself the headache and go to Common Man Roadside. The prices are basically the same anyway.
The point of the drive through is that I get my food at the window. Having cars move to parking spots especially when there is no one in the drive through is frustrating and gives an in accurate tracking data for length of time in a drive through.

5 mobile orders...all 5 messed up...ask for extra mustard, you get enough ketchup to make 50 burgers, it's awful. And if you call them they say you'll get some coupons in the mail that never show up...worst McDonald's in my life. It's a mobile order, unless you don't know how to read, it shouldn't be wrong, and if you can't read, switch jobs. No onions, means no onions, not difficult but yet NEVER get it right.

I ordered two cheeseburgers and a small fries.After a few French Fries I just couldn't eat any more of them and tossed the rest. I ate the burgers but something just didn't taste right. Maybe I have lost my desire for deep fried fast food. I don't think anything was incorrect about the prep or quality, I just hadn't been to McDonald's for months. I have no desire to return to any of these type of deep fried fast food restaurants.
