Dunstan knocks it out of the park every time! I’m always happy to stop by his food truck on weekend climbing trips when he’s open for the season. Ask nicely and he’ll add chili crisp to most anything on the menu — I could eat spoonfuls of the stuff.

I tried the banh mi with tofu, and it was incredible! The crispy tofu complemented the acidity of the picked vegetables, and the fresh cilantro and creamy sauce rounded out the sandwich very well. I would have taken a picture, but I snarfed it down too quickly. I'll definitely be back for more!

My sister has been talking about this place since I first visited her this time, and she was right. I am so glad we took a detour!!! The food was ah-ma-zing! Bravo!Thank you for the courtesy Rhubarb Scone. PS next time I visit NH, I made my sister promise that we would come back again.
