Oreder 2 footlong subs for myself and my wife through the app. The order was not ready when my wife picked it up, so she had to wait. Even waiting they got my sub wrong, i paid extra for bacon and got plain steak and cheese with nothing for vegetables that I ordered on it. This is not the first time this has happened and I am extremely frustrated that this store does not hire competent help that can simply read a order out ticket

Meatballs in the sub were ice cold. Was told they no longer heat them at this location and they only get as warm as they can in the toaster (which is still ice). I requested a 2nd toasting and they went from ice to cold. I've never experienced this at any subway in 25 years and this was the poorest experience I've had at one. Gentlemen employee was nice and did what he could since it was managements decision. Also, they were out of my preferred cheese. Feels this store is poorly run.

Placed an online order. Showed up nothing was made. I was told they were out of bread and ham and all types of things in my order.
Couldn’t cancel it or help out with the refund. Had to wait for a district manager to come in at some point in the future.

This subway location has gone to hell , there is never cookies they tell you we are not making them. I door dashed a small sub with cookies and a diet coke they told my dasher no to the diet coke I had to have a Gatorade and than told the dasher that they didn't have cookies due to them not wanting to make them.. subway corporate please do something about this location..

Did an online order at 6:20, there was 2 workers and maybe 2 other customers when I got there at 6:30. I went up to the counter twice to ask about my order until they actually started it. It was 2 subs and I didn’t get them until 7:10, and they were made wrong.

Don’t eat or work here. Management treats employees poorly and they were always slammed with one person trying to handle the entire rush. Overworked, underpaid and under appreciated.

The employee working tonight, KAREN, was incredibly rude to my son and I. We drove 40 minutes to go to this Subway because it's the only one that is opened until 10. We got there a little after 9, so definitely not right before they closed. There were no other customers there. Karen was extremely unwelcoming and did not even greet us. This made me wonder if Google was wrong and maybe they actually closed at 9? I asked her if they were still open, and she didn't respond (completely ignored me and kept cleaning the sandwich area. I asked again, and this time she said yes in an annoyed manner. My son started to order his sandwich, both of us feeling very uncomfortable at this point. She interrupted him to ask me if I was also ordering. I replied that I was getting four sandwiches (I was planning to bring back dinner for the rest of my family at home). She froze and just stared at me angrily. Then she said "You're getting FOUR sandwiches?" in an angry, confrontational voice. Taken aback, I asked "Is that okay?" (politely, with a smile, not sarcastically or rude). Her response was "Well, I guess it's gonna have to be, isn't it? I'll get fired if I don't make your SANDWICHES!" My son and I just looked at each other, shocked, and then I told him we were leaving. Without another word to Karen, who was now yelling about how she had already sliced the bread, we left. I ended up getting Walmart subs and Burger King for my family. I really hope someone in charge at this Subway reads this because they should know how Karen is treating customers.
This Subway is one of the worst in the area. The manager loudly talks down to her employees and they are extremely short staffed as well. I came in after the eclipse and there was only one employee trying to keep up with an entire line while the older male just stood there like a deer in headlights and did not help any time they were asked to. I’ve also heard about employees jobs being threatened for multiple things that are not relevant when looking at the bigger picture. These employees deserve way better than they are getting.

A Subway that is in a great location. It's well marked because it used to be a small bank. Service by the sandwich maker was a tad slow as he double-checked a couple of times with his coworker. That won't be everyone's experienceGreat food ?
Vegetarian options: I ordered an all vegetable with cheese 12" long. She loved it.
Parking: Subway in Gorham has ample free parking

This was the dirtiest location I've seen. All the tables were not cleaned off after customers, walls and floors were visibly dirty. Behind the counter was a mess and vegetables were old and browning.
