There is a small vegetarian section of the menu that denotes no fish or oyster sauce. It was impossible to order anything outside of that section, as even the usual Thai menu items that can be made vegan were not able to be vegan here. The Tom Kha soup is made with chicken broth. Coconut milk is not an option for Thai iced tea or coffee because there is “no coconut milk used for drinks”… I almost ordered a pina colada just to be snarky.
Great food. Everything was well prepared and seasoned perfectly. Some of us are vegetarian, some keto, some gluten-free. It was really easy to mix and match multiple entrees we all could enjoy. The shrimp rolls were amazing; so fresh and delicious!!
Excellent food. The tofu and shrimp were incredible. The service was impeccable. I can't say enough from the scrumptious spring rolls to the beautiful house made thai ice cream. The crispy noodles... 5 Bistro must mean 5 STAR! THANK YOU!!!
