The one in Massachusetts was much better than the one in portsmouth, n.h. lobster roll much larger and better tasting and for the same price of $28.00. Just 3 days apart. Portsmouth lobster roll had overcooked meat. Ugh!! Don't go for a roll.

I was at the Lafayette Rd. Portsmouth location on 30 December 2024. The food was horrible. The manager called me and said she would send a gift card to try it again. My friend and I had a $70.00 meal (including tip, because the server was wonderful) and she sent a $25.00 gift card! I included the receipt in my original review. I cannot even get one entree with that card. It was an insult! I am returning it. If this is what you think of your customers, I will not be returning… and neither will my circle of friends.

Thank god this was a gift card dinner. A massively intoxicated party of four in the dining area making a scene. 1/4/25 at 17:45 This place was a family restaurant... Our waitress was a mess and was constantly coughing and I kid you not, coughed up phlegm that landed on my hand while cashing out using the stupid table-side card reader. Service was atrocious and food was junk. Won't ever be back.

My wife and I brought our father to lunch yesterday for his 89th birthday. First off ,our Server Mick was absolutely exceptional !!! She helped us find a wheel chair accessible table and she even brought our father a special ice cream sundae with a candle and she even wished him Happy birthday. Mick is the sweetest, most attentive server I have ever met and I can't thank her enough for making our fathers birthday lunch special for him! I never have complaints with this location , they always serve fresh food perfect everytime!!!
I love going to the one in Portsmouth. Terry (bartender) is amazing! But all the staff there are great. We go every weekend. Great atmosphere service and food. Recommend to anyone.
