By far the worst experience we've had at this location! Our server didn't introduce himself, not once did he check on us, offer drink refills, nothing. Our order was messed up so we were stuck waiting an additional 30 minutes to get it corrected and then had to take it to go! We have never had such subpar food here. It was extremely disappointing.Parking: There is plenty of off-street parking and it's easy to access the lot.Kid-friendliness: Mostly kid friendly, they have kids menus with an activity sheet on the back and crayons to keep them somewhat entertained while they wait for their meal.

We went in the afternoon. Wasn't too busy. Very clean. The waiter was very nice and attentive but not annoyingly attentive. The food was very good. My daughter had the chili chicken and 4 cheese Mac and cheese. She was nervous because she thought it would be spicy. It's not spicy at all, my 10 year old loved it! This is a nice Applebee's.

our server william is an absolute king. he is carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders. the table next to us complained for about half an hour, and i wish i could tell you what it was actually about but it was truly some incoherent nonsense. all i heard was that last time he ate there his food was undercooked and he was so furious he almost left, but for some reason he returned. truth is that this is applebees. it may not be the restaurant you want, but it’s the restaurant you deserve. william, know that with the patience you have to deal with this tom foolery, you are going to accomplish something great in this world.

The food is like all Applebee's, the best part about this Applebee's is the service, and the best hours anywhere around.
We had a late lunch then for dessert ordered two brownie bites (330 cal) with vanilla ice cream. Instead we got triple chocolate meltdown (850 cal) with vanilla ice cream and didn't realize what we had until the bill came. Our drinks came after the meal because the waitress forgot them. Now, she was very pleasant. But, a bit "forgetful" . We were really looking forward to the brownie bites but maybe next time.

The wait staff seem to have a disposition would make one think customer care is not required or even a goal to serve their patrons. I left that restaurant disgusted.Parking: Parking lot was clean well marked and spacious. Plenty of handicap parking as well.

I was there with my wife during the storm on January 8, 2024 and everything was outstanding. Our waiter named Abdullah Pinan he was very good and patient with us. He made us feel as we were the most important customers at Applebees.
