I am originally from NJ but went to college in NH. I was visiting and stopped at this aroma joes to get a long awaited Rush. Upon ordering I came across Brooke who was beyond helpful and sincere. When she gave me my rush of (pomegranate, blackberry and red raspberry) she told me to try it to make sure I liked it, and if not she’d remake me something. She said she didn’t want any customer paying money for something they didn’t enjoy. I’ll be going back to this location when I come to visit again!

Stop handing me the payment device. It’s not my job to ring myself up. If you’re looking for tips, handing me a payment device through the window and making me lean out of my car just to reach it is not going to earn you a tip, ever. No other store or restaurant does this.

I go to aroma joes every single day, I will never visit this location again after today. Simply asked if my aroma joes cup from earlier could be thrown out, the barista (brunette, glasses) said they couldn’t take trash. I said “oh, okay then” and she said “Why are you being rude??” And actually slammed the window in my face. Never again.

However, Aroma Joe’s, this is for you and your corporate office: ??Get ??your ??espresso?? machines ??dialed ??in, for the love of God, and stop jacking up poorly-roasted and watered-down-drip-quality coffee prices and calling it LATTE. If it’s not your espresso machines, it’s certainly the NOT-fair-trade coffee you serve. Lastly, for people who think Aroma Joe’s is delicious, or somehow the coffee is as strong or stronger than any other fast coffee chain, you are living in a flavor-shot-induced delusion. I cannot wait for the day you all decide to sell your company to Dutch Bros.

I love Aroma Joe's so much! The drinks are always amazing, the employees are so nice and it's usually pretty quite inside! Overall a great chain. Love them!
Kid-friendliness: I'd say it's pretty kid friendly! They have hot chocolate along with some other sweet food and drink items that little ones who can't have coffee yet might like!

Solid Drive-Thru experience. Everyone was bubbly. No small talk but I probably didn't look like I wanted it. Everything I ordered came quickly and as expected. They even remembered to give me veggie cream cheese and not regular, which I hear is the hardest part of the job. Would come again ?
