Right when you walk in, you knew that this cafe was going to be some boutique and personal location. We ordered the mimosas flight which was the filled 4 well portioned flavorful drinks. Also had the espresso, which makes you feel like you’re in Italy. We had the special of the day, a Lobster Benedict. Only one word to describe it, UNBELIEVABLE! Ended the meal with a croissant, a chocolate cake, and a cheesecake carrot cake. The best of all desert worlds. Highly recommended! Monique is an outstanding server. She absolutely is an angle going above and beyond to take care of our needs. Had the privilege to meet David the owner. He understands what a cafe is creating a great low stress soothing atmosphere where you can enjoy a Michelin star level meal. We will be back.
Visiting from Nevada, We wanted to find a local restaurant to have brunch. We were not disappointed. The strawberry crepes, chunky monkey waffles, and French toast were delicious!
Very nice, lunch was okay but breakfast is far better!
Not a bad place if you like leafy sandwiches etc.
Apparently, we’ve been sleeping on Café Espresso! This is a very nice breakfast spot. Clean space, cute copper tables, and good, classic breakfast and lunch options. We had an omelette with toast and homefries. The omelette was a very generous portion size, and the homefries were very crispy and perfectly salted. The tea was basic, but good, and the latte was very good. Everything hit the spot. Prices are very reasonable, and service was great. We will be back :)
Came on here to post about how good the breakfast sandwich I had is. I’ve been trying to find a New York style and quality bacon egg and cheese for YEARS in this area and Cafe Espresso is the place to go for it. The bagel isn’t hard like at The Works and the bacon is actually cooked and crispy unlike at the Bagel Caboose (and cheaper!) super happy with my experience stopping in here after passing by it almost daily and WILL BE BACK :)
Absolutely love this place! Have been going here for years. We always stop here on our way back home (Vermont) from visiting Maine. We wish we lived closer because this would be a regular spot. We had a latte and mimosas with our lunch and both were great, we had the cowboy sunday to start and that was the best thing we ate for our whole vacation in Maine! It was amazing and my partner and I ate all of it and wanted more! After that we had the classic club (my partners go-to that he always orders everywhere) and it was the best he's had and it looked fantastic. I had the fcs (fried chicken sandwich) that was so good and I could tell the fried chicken was homemade and not frozen. We also tried the chicken soup that was homemade and reminded me of my grandmother's. The food was amazing and the service was just as good. We also got some cake and cookies to go. Can't wait to eat here again!
Wish they still had the potato and leek soup, that was the best soup I've ever had!

Best breakfast joint around, hands down. I can't even count how many times I've eaten here in the morning...so good....every time. I've only had lunch here once, and, shocker, it was delicious. Dave runs a great restaurant - clean, great food, friendly staff (immaculate breakfast mimosas too). Definitely stop in if you're around.

I don't know what kind of establishment sends out salads with discolored egg whites, pink and brown lettuce and soggy cucumbers... But if you're into those kind of things for $15 a salad, this is your place. Absolutely disgusting. If I could rate zero, I would. The pictures really don't even show the full discoloration.
