I went here with my friends the other day and the place was disgusting there was eight people working. The trash was spilling onto the floor. None of the tables were clean they all had food on them. The food did not taste fresh and the chips that we got with our meal were super stale. I just was not impressed and I definitely will not be coming back here.

I ordered a veggie burrito online to ensure I would be back to work from my lunch break on time. I got the burrito and it was basically all rice and sour cream. There were about 3 pieces of pepper and a couple onions. The veggie burrito is supposed to come with guacamole, no extra charge, I think there was half of a bit with guac. I order burritos because they're packed with nutrition and are easy for on the go... like on a lunch break... I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I don't usually write reviews, but the food industry seems to not give sh** about its customers anymore. As someone who works outside all day long, I really needed those nutrients in the foods that were supposed to be in the burrito that I paid for. It is unlikely that I will return to Chipotle, I definitely won't be going back to the Portsmouth one at the very least.

Hours are never consistent. Ordered online and took my money only to find out it was closed when I got there. Until things get fixed up. I can't say I'll be going out of my way to try and eat here.

Please do not get the girl Abigayle. She really needs some customer service skills. If I order a lot do say "do you need a bag" No dumbass I am going to try juggle all my food out with no bags. Don't be stupid. So I think she became bitchy after cuz she later gets the smallest bag to shove my 2 Chipotle bowls, bag of chips and side of guacamole. Now you are stupid. If the girl next to her that works there say should I go get the bags with handles cuz it's bigger then even that girl thinks the. As is small too. But the bitchy girl say no this is fine. I thought this place was good until this girl checked me out. FYI I am a minority so I know about rude ignorant people.

Four or five stars for the food. One star for their hours. Forget about their published hours. This place seems to be closed more often than open..and when they do decide to open they have the weirdest hours. It's as if somebody said "let's only open when no one want to eat!"e

I've never been to a Chipotle restaurant. This was my first. It's a new one in Stratham NH. First impression. It was filthy. The floor had food everywhere. The tables were also filthy and we asked to have one cleaned they said they clean table every 2 hours. Restroom was not clean either. It's a new building with a poor start up. I won't be back and would not recommend it to anybody.

ordered on grub hub waited 2 hours then they cancelled my order, have gone in person before and the staff seems angry.
I am a food delivery driver so I come to this establishment a lot, and usually am pretty happy with my experience but today employee Alex up front making the burrito bowls had his mask on under his mustache and an incredibly angry look on his face. He stared at me with disgust and finally put his mask on as I stared back. But the second time I walked in, it was under his mustache again. I watched him push other employees out of the way and continue on in anger and no mask. I wouldn't want to work with someone like that, I have a zero tolerance belief in violence and harassment in the work place. And i also dont want to see the person preparing my food with their mask under their mustache.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I had an online order, arrived two minutes before it was suppose to be ready. The food was cold, very cold. The quality of the steak was awful. The chips were nasty, no flavor. I had guacamole residents on my take out container. Btw, I did not order any type of guacamole. The salsa on the salsa cup was all over the container. Also, the rice was stuck in balls, very mushy and gross.The staff was not friendly what so ever, not even a hello when walking in the building.VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do NOT waste your time or money going to this location.Trash.

I like this spot when I go in. Not really busy so staff is more attentive and looking to help you out. But I order pickup equally as much and almost every time something is wrong. No chips when you pay for them and get back home/office. Missing a filling or a salsa quite often. Upside down in the bag somit leaks everywhere. Except to save time when you think they might have a line, don't order online here. It will be wrong. You will bring it up in their survey. You might even say something. They won't do anything. So go, wait in line so you can watch them, and all will be good.
