Sorry didn't catch her name, but the girl with a southern accent, was supper friendly, and the chip was super good, I had not have this good of a good chipotle chip in a long time, where is not burn but getting close to it. I love the crunch of it. Thx u

My entire order was wrong. Chips overcooked. Rice and beans dry.

Got a chicken burrito that looked like it's been sat on with raw meat. The manager didn’t care at all like it’s totally ok. Not the first time when something was off at this specific location, not going back. Had to call somewhere to get a refund lol

Walked in at about 1:30 on Saturday afternoon. The entire restaurant was rotten. Tables, floors and behind the counter where the food is served. Needless to say, we walked out. Doubtful that we will ever return.

The woman who put my burrito bowl together was rude and slopped everything together. She gave me less portions than I should have had for what I paid for, when I asked for a bag she threw my food in a bag and slid it across the counter. Would not recommend

Went to this location to get five bowls at 8:45 at night. They don’t close until 10. They don’t have anything lettuce tomatoes corn anything that’s a vegetable they do not have. They said they do not have any prep that they can take it out of basically they may as well close their doors because all they can offer you is rice and chicken or rice and steak. This is not the first time that I’ve run into this problem at this location.
I’ve had this experience one other time there and I’ve had other experiences where the Employees have not tried at all to make experiences good for me or my family

I had a very disappointing and frankly disturbing experience at this Chipotle location. We found hair in our burrito, which is absolutely unacceptable. What made it worse is that we observed all staff wearing hats, but not hair nets including the manager, Jasmine, who didn’t have her hair covered at all.

This raises serious concerns about food safety. If the manager isn’t setting the standard for hygiene, how can we trust the rest of the team is following proper food safety protocols? Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. Chipotle needs to seriously re-evaluate their training and hygiene enforcement at this location.

Went in around 7:30-7:45 one person working the line while 4 others pre close and are working the takeout orders blasting explicit hiphop over the lobby music. Waited 4-8 mins finally got to my order and gave me such a miniscule amount of rice and a laughable amount of double protein I walked out right there. What is wrong Chipotle is it lack of training lack of caring or just have you given up on basic customer service? Will definitely not be back 5/9/2025 If you are GM or above this store needs help or something cause 9 times out of 10 when I go here it is horrid service

Went to order, two of the employees were acting entitled, didnt want to listen to me or my wife’s order. Having an attitude like we weren’t paying for our food like if you got problems dont work in the food industry. I had to tell them off and let them know that we aint begging we paying. And further more the food was trash, most def the worst chipotle Ive been to, ya’ll cant even cook white rice, rice was full of lumps and no seasoning and everything else taste like dirt, also the guacamole was black and the chicken had no seasoning. Ya’ll need to get your shit together before you wanna give people attitude.

Staff was inpersonable and food was not good. I've been here a couple times now and do not plan to return. My first visit my burrito was insanely dry (as was my husbands), second time my burrito filling was basically a disgusting wet soup, third time my burrito was flavorless and mostly rice. Waste of money and such a disappointment

The young lady working the register there gives small amounts on the food literally five little pieces of steak for a taco and then when you say something she gives you attitude and acts dumb about it. The guys working there are
Nice but she is plain rude to customers. Plus the joint is nice and dirty.
