I had a very disappointing and frankly disturbing experience at this Chipotle location. We found hair in our burrito, which is absolutely unacceptable. What made it worse is that we observed all staff wearing hats, but not hair nets including the manager, Jasmine, who didn’t have her hair covered at all.

This raises serious concerns about food safety. If the manager isn’t setting the standard for hygiene, how can we trust the rest of the team is following proper food safety protocols? Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. Chipotle needs to seriously re-evaluate their training and hygiene enforcement at this location.

Not to friendly employees 🙄, Area was dirty, no bathroom 😒 😑.

Just read the reviews about this place and all the photos and people thoughts about the service and hygiene will never step on the door of it

Went in around 7:30-7:45 one person working the line while 4 others pre close and are working the takeout orders blasting explicit hiphop over the lobby music. Waited 4-8 mins finally got to my order and gave me such a miniscule amount of rice and a laughable amount of double protein I walked out right there. What is wrong Chipotle is it lack of training lack of caring or just have you given up on basic customer service? Will definitely not be back 5/9/2025 If you are GM or above this store needs help or something cause 9 times out of 10 when I go here it is horrid service

Went to order, two of the employees were acting entitled, didnt want to listen to me or my wife’s order. Having an attitude like we weren’t paying for our food like if you got problems dont work in the food industry. I had to tell them off and let them know that we aint begging we paying. And further more the food was trash, most def the worst chipotle Ive been to, ya’ll cant even cook white rice, rice was full of lumps and no seasoning and everything else taste like dirt, also the guacamole was black and the chicken had no seasoning. Ya’ll need to get your shit together before you wanna give people attitude.

Staff was inpersonable and food was not good. I've been here a couple times now and do not plan to return. My first visit my burrito was insanely dry (as was my husbands), second time my burrito filling was basically a disgusting wet soup, third time my burrito was flavorless and mostly rice. Waste of money and such a disappointment

The young lady working the register there gives small amounts on the food literally five little pieces of steak for a taco and then when you say something she gives you attitude and acts dumb about it. The guys working there are
Nice but she is plain rude to customers. Plus the joint is nice and dirty.

Chipotle if you’re wondering why this store is underperforming let me give you some insight. The girl you have working behind the counter is one of the most unprofessional, ignorant people I’ve interacted with at any of your locations. No one wants to listen to lil Wayne saying the n word at full blast. All of your meat almost an hour after opening looks like it’s been sitting out all night and the brisket I got certainly tasted like it. 17$ for a rice bowl is offensive.

Went in to order a Bowl and was given an attitude when I asked for steak and was questioned multiple times, they proceed to give me a quarter scoop of steak with only burnt bits in it. At the register I ask for a side tortilla it took about 10 minutes and when they got it they decided the best way to put it in is to toss it like a basketball in to the bag, opened it up and its Ice cold. Absolutely horrible

People who complain about this chipotle are a bunch of yappers. It’s probably 3x better than the chipotle in Newington
