The young lady working the register there gives small amounts on the food literally five little pieces of steak for a taco and then when you say something she gives you attitude and acts dumb about it. The guys working there are
Nice but she is plain rude to customers. Plus the joint is nice and dirty.

Chipotle if you’re wondering why this store is underperforming let me give you some insight. The girl you have working behind the counter is one of the most unprofessional, ignorant people I’ve interacted with at any of your locations. No one wants to listen to lil Wayne saying the n word at full blast. All of your meat almost an hour after opening looks like it’s been sitting out all night and the brisket I got certainly tasted like it. 17$ for a rice bowl is offensive.

Went in to order a Bowl and was given an attitude when I asked for steak and was questioned multiple times, they proceed to give me a quarter scoop of steak with only burnt bits in it. At the register I ask for a side tortilla it took about 10 minutes and when they got it they decided the best way to put it in is to toss it like a basketball in to the bag, opened it up and its Ice cold. Absolutely horrible

I’ve been here many times. Food was great. This time I had bones in my food. That’s disgusting. There was lots of fat in the meat. I won’t be going back for a very long time if I do go back.

This was my last strike with Chipotle as a whole. I hadn’t been in over a year due to my last experience. I got a burrito and my boyfriend got a steak bowl. The rice was EXTREMELY undercooked, not even stale, but undercooked. It was so undercooked that we only had a few bites before our teeth started hurting from how hard the rice was. Now the next day, I get a text from my boyfriend saying his teeth HURT and that he cannot chew on the left side of his mouth. I am beyond upset and will never return.

The restaurant was filthy as usual, and the service staff was unwelcoming, and in some cases surly or non-communicative. Don't plan on using the rest rooms there unless it's a necessity, they are way worse than the dining area. Def noticed Chipotle cutting back on portion sizes too.. But alas, still good fast food. For reference, I am a retired Chef/Food Service Manager
