Can Chipotle staff cook rice beyond raw, hard, and crunchy. Seems to be an epidemic for this company. Fastest way to ruin a burrito is to serve hard rice. My guac had a whole avocado pit....

This location is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. As many other reviewers have stated, they are never open during the hours they say the are, the food is incredibly inconsistent, and the staff...well I think the time of hiring irritable teenagers who refuse to do work or even be helpful is over. Someone who is an adult and has restaurant experience needs to do a complete rehaul. The last four times I have gone there they were either out of everything I've requested (veggies, beans, rice, lettuce, salad dressing) or I get two pieces of barely cooked onion as my veggies.I took a friend who had never tried Chipotle for lunch, as you can guess, it wasn't open on a Saturday at 1:00PM! If you're not open during lunch or dinner on the weekends, your business plan needs serious attention. To be honest, I don't know how this location stays open. It is close to my house which I always loved because I could stop by for a fresh yummie vegetarian meal. Not any longer. The last time I was at this store, I tried to order a salad with beans, rice, veggies, and salsa. They were out of literally everything. I asked how long it would be for veggies to be grilled, the kid (and yes, I mean a kid) sheepishly asked the other kid on the grill and was told, "we're understaffed and won't be making any more grilled veggies or salad dressing for the day". WHAT?! This is all happening while I'm watching four other kids standing in the back talking and using their phones.I think the "we're under staffed" schtick is becoming tired. If you don't have the staff to run the place properly, then close the location. I'm actually surprised how little oversight seems to be going on. At this point the health department may want to stop there for lunch to see what their experience is.

Never open during peak lunch time, don't know why they bother keeping this place in business. An utter embarrassment.

The food is pretty consistently okay.However.Look. I get it. Maybe you're short staffed. Hard to get things going in the A.M. It's fine.Your door says you open at 1045. That does not appear to be the case, if it ever was. I'm writing this as noon and you're not open yet. Nothing posted on the door, lights on inside, door locked. No explanation. In the time it took me to write this I watched two dozen other people have the same experience. This is a regular occurance.Just pick a time and post when you can actually open. Is it 1pm? 2pm? The time your establishment is open for business should be known and predictable to save people from wasting their time. That's just basic professionalism.

Went to get food for my boss - the person on the line was VERY new and was being unsupervised. Ordered a burrito bowl - and he proceeded to give me a childs portion of everything - 1/2 scoop rice - didnt ask about beans & ignored when asked for black - put two small piecves of meat on it - then proceeded to put a TON of lettuce & sour cream on top. I pretty much paid $10.14 for sour cream & lettuce. Asked staff member ringing me out why the portion is half of every other location and why ignored when asked for something (i was not talking in a hush tone either - i was talking normal) - he explained of new employee & then instead of putting the other ingredients on (rice & beans) he just loaded up on the meat - I appreciate what he was trying to do but now I have an abundance of meat lettuce & sour cream - I took 3 bites & rice is gone completely. :( Will go back but they just need to try & train better - it was not busy either while I was there I was the only person in line and there was a table of 5 people who seemed to have been there a while

Like Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie brown, Chipotle manages to trick me into trying them despite well knowing they'll be closed. If you go on a Monday, they are closed. If you go after work, they are close. If it says they're open and you order online, they are closed. A paper note on the door is all that remains to address my confusion. Why do I keep falling for it?

Awful- and after eating it I feel awful - no napkins in napkin dispensers - no white rice , messy AF - the guacamole had a huge piece of avocado peel in it as well as what looked to be old dried out pieces of chicken or some other mystery ingredient…

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!!! The people working here need to medicate themselves they are the angriest rudest people ever. I didn't see any of them smile once. And it's absolutely filthy in there. The trash is over flowing the tables are filthy. I ordered a taco and maybe one thing of chicken actually made it in the toco everything else was surrounding the sad excuse that was a taco. When I went to check out some cranky lady who looks like she's very familiar with the food asked if I wanted anything else and I told her that I was checking out with my boyfriend who is ordering she ignored me and didn't answer me so I repeated myself, and she promptly says. "I HEARD YOU" don't eat here if you have anger issues you will punch someone.

A burrito at 15 minutes to closing and no hot poops. A++. Items missing and missing sign for wet floor(fixed immediately when I explained the liability risk) but over all, very good for closing time at an a la carte fast food.

This is the dirtiest chipotle dining room I have seen. The last 2 times I have gone there is food and trash all over the floor. Not one table has been cleaned. Trash cans are all overflowing. The beverage area is dirty and sticky. As for the food its usually pretty good, but recently I found a good sized chicken bone in my food. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the dining room. Not sure I can give this location another chance.

Everything’s great except the food.- brown rice was undercooked, felt ‘crunchy’- either the carnitas or the black beans had too much salt, which kind of ruins the whole thing. All the staff are nice, come on guys you can do better! Thanks!
