Food is usually pretty good. But they can't seem to get basic requests right. I wanted sausage instead of bacon. Says it right on the order slip... still got bacon. At least it was tasty, and came out fairly quickly.

Huge shoutout to the team working during the morning of 8/9. I placed a mobile pick up order around 10:30am and when I got there they were packed. Drive thru was a huge line and so many customers inside too, I’d never seen it so busy and I come here often. Despite the huge influx of people the team was so efficient, organized, and genuinely kind and giving great service. I can only imagine how stressful this was and I know I would not have been able to stay as cool and calm as they were. I was extremely impressed and this is why I love my local Dunkin!

Servants need to stop calling customers “Babe” … especially in front of their partners…Numerous times in one transaction. It is unprofessional and Disrespectful let alone Gross. Made me sick and loose my appetite. And quite frankly ruined MY day. Glad they make men feel extra special tho. That was cool

On my way to an appointment and ordered for my wife and I, 2 drinks that were right, 2 loaded hash browns, 1 snacking bacon, pretzel ham sandwiches. We got the order quickly to find after we pulled out that we were missing 1 loaded hash browns. We couldn’t turn back because we had an appointment, as stated. No fork for the one loaded hash brown we got, no napkins, and hash browns were upside down in the bag. Not very happy about this.

It is ok. My biggest issue with all Dunks now is what I assume is the push to get people to do more online or self serve kiosk orders. This degrades the experience if you don't use them. May be good for the business and people who like the minimal contact transactions. Not great for anyone else.

I like the hash browns.
Everything just tastes disgusting
Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come take my order. They were not on it today. I ordered a hot peppermint mocha and young man started making cold. When I pointed out that I ordered hot he dumped out the drink and did a hot one but it taste and look like froathed coffee no flavor the oven needs to be checked because outside of food was cooked but inside cold or frozen. I like this store before the one in south portsmouth by greenland or worse the one in Epping. Usually this store gets it done quicker than other stores and has order right. I was a little disappointed this evening.
