Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come take my order. They were not on it today. I ordered a hot peppermint mocha and young man started making cold. When I pointed out that I ordered hot he dumped out the drink and did a hot one but it taste and look like froathed coffee no flavor the oven needs to be checked because outside of food was cooked but inside cold or frozen. I like this store before the one in south portsmouth by greenland or worse the one in Epping. Usually this store gets it done quicker than other stores and has order right. I was a little disappointed this evening.

Easy access to cheap coffee and food. Turning left onto Route 1 sucks though
Vegetarian options: It's a Dunkin. Most of the food is vegetarian except for some of the breakfast sandwiches.
Parking: Plenty of parking around the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is one accessible space and a small ramp out front. The doors are not automated.

We stopped at 802 Lafayette Rd in Portsmouth to use the restroom and grab more coffee.We were waiting for the bathroom (Unisex and only one) for what seemed like forever. We finally made it in to see the previous patron was disgusting. He left a mess, a very disgusting one at that.The worker behind the counter took notice that we had been waiting. We were going to leave to go else where when she offered us the use of the employee bathroom.Some might think what's the big deal?Becky went above and beyond and gave me hope that the human species aren't all douche bags.Most employees wouldn't have cared enough to let us use their bathroom. A clean one at that.THANK YOU BECKY! You totally made my day!! I hope the management you work with appreciate your ethic.
