Dunkin’ is a National phenomenon and I don’t understand why. The take out drive-thru’s are always jammed, the walk-in traffic seems to be steady, they’re successful. My honey-glazed donut was great, my iced black coffee, no sugar, was lame, very weak, no real flavor. Perhaps it’s the optional flavors and the sugars that draws people in. I’ll skip the coffee next time and just grab a donut. I grind my own Starbucks whole beans. Far better. The staff were pleasant.

The customer service in this place is pathetic. While my boyfriend waited for our mobile order for 30 minutes (mind you it was not busy), everyone behind the counter was standing around doing nothing (except for the one person working the drive thru). They don’t ever mix the drinks so you have to mix them yourself, even the energy drinks. Every time I’ve ordered from this location, something has been messed up with my order. I understand plain old human error, but this is consistent and can no longer be excused by forgetfulness.

The man at the desk was aggressive while talking to us they also lacked many donuts and they basically told us it’s not their problem. They desperately need a better janitor because I saw many messes and I had a convulsion because of the putrid odor entering my nose and making me gag.
You know why you went here. They gave you what you needed.

We had a rather large order not your usual coffee in the morning. We ordered coffee tea milk bagel with cream cheese. Avocado on toast, grilled cheese inside of bacon. Everything was great, except for my avocado toast, which tasted slightly off buy all the ingredients that they added to the avocado. Close the nap, everything was great.

Ordered 25 chocolate glazed donut holes on the app. Pulled up to the drive-through and gave my name. They said, "Pull up." I roll up to the window, and the employee hands me the box, saying, "Sorry, there might not be as many as you ordered. We gave you all we had.". I was thinking, ok, maybe it's just a couple missing. I can handle that. I leave and open the box....there are 9 donut holes, and none of them are chocolate. 9?! Out of 25. Wtf?!?! Why would you even hand me that box?! Tell me you're out and refund it. Offer regular donuts instead. Nope, just 9 donuts out of 25. Still got charged the same price. Needless to say, I will never return to this location.
