We had a rather large order not your usual coffee in the morning. We ordered coffee tea milk bagel with cream cheese. Avocado on toast, grilled cheese inside of bacon. Everything was great, except for my avocado toast, which tasted slightly off buy all the ingredients that they added to the avocado. Close the nap, everything was great.

Ordered 25 chocolate glazed donut holes on the app. Pulled up to the drive-through and gave my name. They said, "Pull up." I roll up to the window, and the employee hands me the box, saying, "Sorry, there might not be as many as you ordered. We gave you all we had.". I was thinking, ok, maybe it's just a couple missing. I can handle that. I leave and open the box....there are 9 donut holes, and none of them are chocolate. 9?! Out of 25. Wtf?!?! Why would you even hand me that box?! Tell me you're out and refund it. Offer regular donuts instead. Nope, just 9 donuts out of 25. Still got charged the same price. Needless to say, I will never return to this location.

The service is always great here. I got a coffee roll and and they are tiny now and the size of a donut. This isn’t what I’m paying for! They used to be twice as big and should be fixed! Also the chocolate covered I’ve gotten a few times and they seem to be stale or last nights donuts and aren’t good. I’ve never had this problem before about 6-9 months ago so something has changed. The service at Greenland is non existent and the service in Stratham/Exeter, you’re greeted with two self checkout McDonalds type screens. Seriously? Where is the customer interaction going?

The girl who works here with colored hair has a terrible attitude and I could hear her being rude to the manager for no reason. I had to wait 25 minutes for an iced chai latte after asking twice for it. On the second time she finally tried to find the ticket and couldn’t. I used to work for Dunkin donuts so believe me I understand what it’s like to be backed up… but she was terrible.

Stopped here before water country and the store is very dirty they have you order on a tablet but it’s not updated to what’s out of stock and they won’t refund you so you have to pick something. The food that comes out the toaster had a weird taste and they are very out of order.
I had the turkey ? sausage, egg ? and cheese with coffee ☕, a glazed doughnut and a few munchkins. Though the food is Dunkin', you either like it or you don't. I don't mind the food and coffee and being hungry, I was very content with my orders. Through the app, which I recommend you download, I had most of my orders for ? free. Service was good and they apologized for running out of decaf coffee. The inside was in general good shape though a few customers could clean up after themselves. I will recommend this Dunkin' store.

Can't think of his name guy works morning kind of heavy set. Kind of guy greasy hair. Playing with his hair handling donuts, and working at the window twice I had Call him doing this and another girl doing the same thing playing with her hair and didn't grabbing peoples donuts right after no matter if you're wearing gloves or not, I work in the food industry. The guy should be wearing a hat or his hair tied up the couple weeks ago, the day before yesterday, so I tried to avoid your Dunkin' Donuts and I was going there every day. Seen this going on.
