Really disappointed in Flatbread Pizza Co. We have a group event this week and wanted to order pizzas to pick up by 11:45 on Wednesday. They open at 11:30, so I called last Friday to place a pre-order and the manager told me to call back today (Tuesday).
Just called and was told they wouldn't take a pre-order. So now we are left scrambling to find another option to feed 16 people with less than 24 hours notice.
Have always liked the food and atmosphere, but not at all happy with the misleading info and poor customer service.

This location was a whim after driving all day. It was OK but my kids didn't love how burnt the bottom got. The salad was tasty but quite expensive, even more if you wanted to add things like cheese.

I have eaten a lot of flatbread at a lot of places. I don't generally give five stars unless the place is noticeably better than the mean. I got two flatbreads one was the margarita and the other one the veggie special. They were generously topped and perfectly cooked. The house salad was the freshest I have experienced without actually taking it out of the garden myself. This place and this experience is a five star. Aiden was my server. He's a young, intelligent, insightful person that really made the experience even better. If I had one thing that I would say that could make the experience better for a flatbread lover and a person who enjoys great draft beers, is I would improve the draft list somewhat. I would try to get something like Peak Organic and Hill Farmstead.
