Went on a Monday morning for breakfast. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Coffee came right away. Waited another 10 minutes for waitress to take my order. 35 minutes after placing my order, I see people who were seated 15 minutes after me receiving their order. After walking around the restaurant to track the waitress down, I asked about the status of my order. She had no explanation except to say that she “put my order in at 9:17” (by then it was 10:00 AM). I guess this was her way of passing the buck on to the cooks. It is obvious that the owners / managers do not care about customer service. Way too many great restaurants in the area to waste any more time and money at Grill 28.

I want to start by saying our breakfast was comped because I spoke up, but here is my experience: Sunday brunch. We arrive around 11 am. Seated immediately, no waitress ever really showed up, and had to wave hands to get someone. Got beverages (coffee and juice) and placed order. 45 minutes later our food arrived. 45 minutes?!?! When asking a couple of times where the food was, we were told the kitchen was backed up as it's peak time for them, and all the orders came at once! HELLO! Don't you plan for this? So, 45 minutes later, food is delivered, meh tasting, nothing fabulous and not once was I asked for a refill on coffee, no check in once served- can I get you anything....nothing. Will never be back-appreciate being comped but just a lame excuse for service, food if you ask me.

Amazing venue for all types of events! We had our wedding there and there were stunning views of the golf course. It was a perfect day all thanks to the incredible staff and their Event Director, Trish. Food was very good too! Highly recommend :)

It's OK. It's standard old white guy food. The exact type you'd expect if you went to a golf course in NH. Fine for a business meeting when you don't know if the other person likes good food. Service is also fine. Sometimes better than others. This is a place that only works because there's no good food on Pease and it's attached to a golf course. I wouldn't travel to eat here, that's for sure.

Food much better than anticipated, lobster bisque had huge chunks of lobster, blackened fish sandwick moist spicy and delicious. A strong find.
If you haven't gone go! Nicole and David our servers were amazing! The food is fresh and comes out hot. The dumpling appetizers recommended by Nicole outstanding. Will be back!

Relaxed dining at Grill 28, good selection on the menu. We were ably served by John, who noting my shrimp allergy, took the initiative of inquiring in the kitchen whether my fish and my companion’s shrimps would be fried in the same oil (they would). Kudos to John for going above and beyond!

Food was sub par. The portion size was so small (we had nachos). The upcharge for chicken was expected but the amount of chicken was laughable. The waitress barely checked on us to see if we needed anything. Nachos came out wrong with beef instead of chicken. Not a place I'll go back to.

Yesterday we were a couple and two children. The service is great and the food arrived quickly. There are great dishes for kids. The menu is very varied. The prices are reasonable for the dishes. The portions are large and you don't leave hungry. I recommend the caprese baguette, onion rings and the steak tips dish which we took twice and enjoyed every bite and our children also enjoyed it. Great food, good atmosphere and the music they play there is simply excellent and for our taste. Recommended for couples and families with children. We will recommend to others and will certainly return.
