DELICIOUS. I was dying for some Singapore Noodles and I noticed this place the day before and decided to give it a try. The item I wanted wasn't on the menu, but they were more than happy to accommodate (it's a curried thin rice noodle dish with vegetables, usually shrimp, pork and either ham or chicken or something like that, this had all 4 meats). Went to the air show and Google for Chinese food and they had good reviews, so glade that I took the road trip it's a mom and pop type of restaurant, you find what you want and order at the counter. If you are near Portsmouth N.H. go up and check it out.

My husband and I have ordered from Hong Kong Express for over 15 years now. The food is always fresh and consistently delicious. We won't order Chinese food anywhere else. I recommend Crab Rangoon, General Taos, House Lo Mein, Spicy Noodles, Veggie Spring Rolls, Boneless Spare Ribs, Singapore rice noodles extra spicy, pu pu platter for 2, Chicago beef chow mein, house fried rice, curry shrimp!!!
