We may have found our new go-to Chinese restaurant. Kim Lai exceeded our expectations - the food quality is excellent, & service is friendly. After reading through reviews, I wasn't expecting much, but we left happy and full. The dining room is simple and has a bunch of booths with comfy seating. As NH natives who lived & worked in Shanghai China we were pleased to find Kim Lai on our return. Freshness is paramount for restaurants in China and we found that to be true at Kim Lai—their spring rolls are home made & delicious—their steamed chicken & pea pods are outstanding as is their chicken Mai foon, dragon & phoenix, & sesame chicken. Service is superior and with a smile. Take out is excellent but you should also try dining in—martinis are huge...
