Stopped here on the way to a wedding for a quick lunch. The doors were open for a nice open air breeze. Everything was clean and welcoming. The waitress greeted us kindly and was very attentive. The food had a unique blend of natural flavors that pleased the palette. The feeling when we were done eating was clean energy and not a groggy lethargic blah. Lovely place, definitely recommended.

For those looking for healthy and super fresh food, this is the place! From smoothies, to salads, and wraps - everything is delicious. We go to both locations Exeter & Portsmouth) and they both have a great atmosphere. But I must say, the Portsmouth location is real nice with more space.

Got the Blackberry Lemon smoothie bowl. It was pretty decent. I tried the Açaí bowl my partner had as well and it had an almost spoiled fruit flavor to it that I did not enjoy at all.
The outdoor space was large and a nice touch on a beautiful day, but 2 things that absolutely need to be addressed are the water being lukewarm and tasting nasty, as well as the bathrooms having an annoying inspirational podcast playing while trying to get some business taken care of.

Great food and a great space, especially on a nice day with the outdoor area (also kid friendly). Sandwiches were delicious and had probably the cleanest ingredients I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Organic eggs, grass fed cheese, micro greens, sourdough bread and even used coconut oil to cook the eggs! “Healthy” restaurants are a dime a dozen but a lot of them cut corners (like using non organic ingredients or cooking with cheaper seed oils).

Just tried them out for the first time the other day! We ordered online and there was some delay for pickup but that didn't affect the experience overall. They were pretty busy in the kitchen but no one seemed stressed.
My partner got their epic egg sandwich and I tried their falafel salad. In addition to this we tried a smoothie (chocolate with modifications, which they handled perfectly, iced tea, and wellness shot (higher vibe). I have to say I'm in love with their tahini lemon dressing on the falafel salad. Please bottle that up because I will gladly buy it! Everything was fresh, delicious, and felt nourishing. We would be happy to go back.

I have been to this location of Laney and Lu several times. Not only is the food always outstanding and beautifully plated (and I know and LOVE that the ingredients are clean and healthy), the service is always great, with a cheerful and helpful staff. It’s more than all of this, however- it’s the whole atmosphere. The design of the whole place is so inviting, with all the light beaming through, the glass door on one whole side that can also open all the way for people to be in and/or out on the patio. It can’t really be described, it just has to be experienced, but everything about it, from the food (and I’ve had several smoothies, coffees, and meals) to the people to the environment…is high vibe all around. And who couldn’t use more high vibe in life these days?
