COFFEE ICE CUBES!!! Cold brew coffee was great and the surprise of the coffee ice cubes was even better. I also ordered the Kimichi egg sandwich on gluten free bread and the sandwich was fantastic as well as the gluten free bread (it didn’t instantly fall apart). I’ll be looking forward to stopping here when I am in the Portsmouth area.

The staff here are phenomenal and the food is exceptional! I had no idea what to order because everything looked amazing, but the cashier helped me make an amazing selection that was bursting with flavor and nourishing food! The barista was lovely to chat with while we sat and ate/sipped our drinks. We will definitely return the next time we’re in NH.

The smoothies and salads are so delicious, and I love this space. I especially enjoy how fresh and high quality all of the ingredients are. The bonus is plenty of parking, and there are always friendly people hanging out here. Easily one of my favorite places for food on the Seacoast!

Had excellent smoothie bowl, fast and courteous service, in clean and nicely appointed space.
Whether it’s a smoothie, healthy lunch bowl, or coffee/ tea, this is my go to spot in the seacoast for fresh healthy food. The space is awesome too - it’s super nice with awesome lighting (and WiFi). love doing some work and always bump into someone interesting too! The Thai noodle bowl is a masterpiece

If you’re looking for a light yet satisfying lunch, the Fiesta Bowl is a solid choice. It was pretty good overall, and I appreciated the option to choose between quinoa or brown rice—I went with the brown rice, which paired nicely with the other ingredients.
The avocado cilantro sauce was just okay—kind of heavy and lacking brightness. I think the bowl could really benefit from a fresh, zesty element like a lime or lemon-based dressing to balance the richness of the thicker sauces.
The pickled carrots were a nice touch, and the jalapeños added a great kick. While it’s not a standout salad, it holds its own—I'd rate it a 7/10. With a few thoughtful tweaks in flavor and texture, it could be taken to the next level.
Wait time was also fair not too quick but I understand it was a tad busy! It took around 15 minutes to get my salad but I didn’t mind waiting.

Extremely fresh and delicious. The epic egg was easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in my life, and the vanilla cold brew was absolutely perfect. The shop is incredibly clean. The staff were very friendly. They deserve every bit of this 5 star review. Thank you.

First time here and stopped in for a coffee and breakfast. Pretty bright restaurant with healthy options. Had the epic egg sandwich and an almond milk latte. Both were delicious. Plenty of people sitting inside or outside on laptops or with others. Definitely will be back!

ACCESSIBILITY AUDIT:
This space is accessible for people with mobility (dis)abilities!
There is a functional accessible door opener to the right of the front doors and a small, but easily negotiable lip to enter.
The counter has a lowered section, although the cashier is standing.
The drinks in the fridge and gift shop items on higher shelves may require assistance to reach for anyone in a wheelchair.
There are plenty of tables with removable chairs, and aisles are wide enough to maneuver.
Both single-stall restrooms are gender neutral, spacious, and have grab bars and a roll under sink. One is also labeled as having a changing table. The bathroom doors are a moderate weight with a lever handle and there is no accessible door opener to open these.
Growth areas could be having large print, audio, and/or braille menus as well as a detailed allergen menu.

The food was delicious and perfect portions, though quite expensive. The falafel was perfectly made which I find rare. Not dry at all!

I have only wonderful things to say about our recent visit to Laney and Lu in Portsmouth!! Jennifer was so very accommodating for our gathering with family and friends. The food was absolutely delicious and the littles gave a five star rating for the smoothies!
We had the pleasure of ordering cupcakes from Ginger Fox to enjoy at Laney and Lu, I will be going back again and again for these sweet treats. One of the favorites was the carrot with cream cheese frosting and pistachios!
The space is stunning and so clean. The staff were so friendly and food was served in such a timely manner. Thank you for everything!!!
