Lazy Jack's is a charming and cozy restaurant that I would definitely return to. It's important to set your expectations accordingly, as they provide only paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic silverware. If you’re okay with that, I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Portsmouth. The ambiance is very pleasant, situated on the water with a lovely view of boats passing by. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the scenic waterfront.

Cheap mixed drinks ($10,) which were well mixed, without the alcohol being overpowering. Excellent views, great location.

Please update your prices on the viewable menu. My order was 3.00 more than what is advertised on the menu. Food ? is delicious …super happy with the fish tacos.

My server Ellie was so kind & awesome! Lazy Jacks has really stepped up their food game this Sunmer! The grilled tuna sandwich was delicious. It’s a great, CASUAL, quick stop for a place on the water in Portsmouth that won’t break the bank.

We were told that there was a wait, but that there wasn't a guarantee that we would get the next table. I said I'd tried to call and was told that it's their last year, so they disconnected the phone and email because "honestly, we just don't care, we don't do waits, we don't do reservations". Didn't take our name, but we were seated rather quickly, after all. Was disheartened to see that the menu was significantly smaller than what was online, but also, that I went out in New England for seafood and was served frozen fish and frozen shrimp. The bang bang shrimp was good, but the fish and chips was overcooked and dry. Overall, very disappointing for how much I paid. Guess they really DON'T care. Our server, Dante, was great, though.

Ummm, kinda pricey...30 bucks for a beer and bloody? Used to be one of our favorite places to have a few. Sadly, not any more.

We had the margarita special which wasn’t very good and tasted watered down, and I got the chicken bowl which looked like canned corns and canned beans and the guacamole tasted pre made. I could have made a better one at home. The waitress was nice enough but this wasn’t a great experience other than the view of the ocean.
