We were hoping that the bad reviews on this place were just really hard people to please, and we really wanted to like it. The hostess was very sweet, our waitress was very kind and attentive, but that's not why people go out to restaurants. The food was very disappointing. The burrata appetizer was ok, but they give you two huge balls of burrata and 3 tiny very crumbly crostini's, not even enough for 1 ball. My drink was good but there was something odd floating in it. My husbands pizza was thin, soggy and way undercooked; inedible. So I shared my bolognese just so he didn't leave hungry. And the rigatoni was more like dumplings. Very thick and there was barely any meat. Sadly we won't be going back. They did take the pizza off the bill, so I'm glad we didn't have to pay $20 for raw dough.

I dined here last night with family as they wanted to take us here and had said it was good so I was looking forward to the meal. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed and would not recommend this place. While our waitress was nice, the service was lackluster. We were one of 2, maybe 3 tables in the restaurant and it took over 10min just to get someone's attention for pepper and it was empty when they brought it out. Which then took more time to get one that was filled. The food overall was okay. I had the steak, which was cooked perfectly but the asparagus didn't even have the stems trimmed off and was soggy. The final straw that did it for me was the mouse running through the dining area and the lack of care by the employees. While I was looking forward to trying this place, I would not go back because if there is a mouse running through the dining area, I can only imagine what is going on behind the scenes

Went with a party of 5 wanting a nice family lunch. We noticed that the staff was a bit on the low side for a Sunday so we adjusted our expectations. However, the service was the worst that we have experienced in some time. It took very long for our waitress to greet the table and even just give us water. Then when the meal finally came out we all had to ration our water since no staff was making eye contact with us so we could get their attention for more water. We had to ask the hostess (who seemed to help out on the floor a bit) for boxes and water again because our waitress had seemed to forget about us or just didn't want to acknowledge our presence. I am unsure why other parties seemed to receive a different level of service but it was not right.

The paninis, steak plate, truffle fries, and bolognese were super yum. However the CAPELLINI POMODORO tasted like canned tomatoes with little to no seasoning and the singular meatball tasted like a pre-made frozen meatball. I am not one to leave negative reviews however this was extremely disappointing as we had high hopes. This is not to get any staff in trouble but to share my family's unfortunate experience.

Amazing server and service, cool spot— bur we picked this place specifically for the gluten free crust, they changed it to the frozen Sodexo-like brand pizza crust and still charge the same ($23+).. tough to have a reason to come back for that reason ):

I had an absolutely delicious kale salad with grilled salmon. Our server, Rick, was friendly and professional. He recommended the salmon cooked medium. It was tender and flavorful. The kale was fresh and the dressing was light. I'd go back again!

We stopped here as we were absolutely starving and were really too hungry to look around at other restaurants. While the ambiance was nice and the Caesar salad and truffle fries were tasty, the pasta sauce was so awful that we were just dumbfounded. I took one bite and I was instantly brought back to that one time I tried a bite of spaghetti o's because I was curious. It was bland with no spice and literally tasted like spaghetti o's. Beyond disappointed. We were already disappointed in the brussel sprouts as they just tasted burnt, but the pasta sauce was just awful. The meatball was good--I just wish there were more of that on the rest of the plate. Unfortunately, won't be coming back.

Very cozy on a rainy afternoon. Happy Hour was good to stumble upon. Good food and great service.

Tried this place out and it unfortunately was not a great experience. The host and our server were very friendly, however this place I feel like is severely understaffed. It took a while for our drinks to come out and almost an hour and a half for our food to come out after ordering. The food itself is also meh. I got the shrimp alla vodka, and the shrimp was overcooked and the vodka sauce did not have any flavor. Definitely not a place i’ll be returning too.

Started with an Open Table reservation and upon arrival hostess attempted to seat us in the first table hanging half way into the doorway while there were only patrons at the bar and ONE occupied table. A yelling, drunk group at the bar, hurling swears, NOTHING done about it. Completely disgusting. Gluten free pizza served with a completely raw, gummy crust. GF bolognese and GF cacio d pepe had such over-cooked pasta that it was mush. We used to look for Tuscan restaurants, now we look to avoid them. With premium prices and claims to be gourmet Italian. We cannot believe the low class ambiance and poorly prepared, what should be, basic Italian dishes. Total disappointment!

The place is nice with ample sitting outdoors. The service was lacking and all servers seemed rushed. Our server was very nice and affable but it seems like they were understaffed.

My family reserved this place for a private event. I have to say that this was a very pleasant experience with very tasty appetizers, pizza and deserts.
It was pretty much a perfect event. The staff was very friendly too.

The place was nice, clean, friendly. It was clear that they were under-staffed as our wait staff was extremely busy and rarely checked in. That said, we had to wait over an hour for our food. Our waiter came by once to apologize that the kitchen was backed up and asked if we wanted anything. They sent out one guest's food and not the others. We waited 10 more mins for the rest of the food. One pizza was missing the sauce and the cheese was like soup sitting on top of the crust. We were comped that one item but no offers to rush another dish to replace it. Overall it ended up being an expensive meal and was a very disappointing experience.

An excellent evening. Fabulous pastas dishes that were reasonably priced. Great service and charming live music.
