Could not go anywhere better. I've been there for outside dining, indoor dining, I've been there with one other guest and went there last night with 6 total, absolutely not one complaint

It was our first time there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Pizza and salads were great. Only issue is the bar seemed to be back up so it was a bit long to get our drinks. Would definitely go back again.

Crafty cocktails were good. Charcuterie board to start. It was fairly sparse. 4 pieces of salami, 4 pieces of prosciutto. Maybe 15 tiny squares of cheese, honey, and a spicy giardinia. Also, got the brussel sprouts. Good and had some spicy cheese on them. Shared a salad that was well dressed and tasty. When our entrees came to the table my caccio e pepe was all stuck together in a lump and luke warm. Disappointing. Pizza was tasty. So overall it was just average. Server was nice but it took a long time to get good or drinks. No need to rush back.

It was a great meal, my husband and I both enjoyed a lot. Had a reservation wish we were given the option to eat on the patio, the weather was very nice. Also our table was not set when we were sat at it. So we were never brought a bread plate, silverware, or a napkin. So we had to take some from a set table no one was sitting at.

Not our first time at Napoletana, but first time dining inside and would rather that patio - interesting choice of house music for a more upscale Italian place. Service was great, I forget our servers name but she was very timely and polite. Highly recommend the Cacio Pepe it was unreal. Would not get the Bruschetta again; two tiny pieces of bread for a bowl of cherry tomatoes - pretty let down, we just know there are better apps to be ordered there.

Food was extremely delayed we'd receive things so spaced out from one another when things were ordered together for both appetizers and entrees. Service was okay but server barely checked on table. Was very busy due to Mother's Day didn't seem related to the time spent at the of table.

We had a party of nine. We had a reservation for 12:15. We all got our food about 8-10 mins apart from each other. The last meal came after everyone else was done. Not one apology or reason why the food came out at such separate time's.

Good food, not the most attentive service. Music was loud and not suited to the ambiance, but we're old so not best judge of that.

Napoletana is ideally situated in the heart of Portsmouth's Market Square, a lively and picturesque center known for its restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We've dined there many times for its good food, cozy ambiance and reasonable prices. It offers a fine selection of wine and spirits. Last evening, we enjoyed Cacio E Pepe and Butternut Squash Ravioli, both well prepared and satisfying. We finished with a delicious Tiramisu. Our server Nicole was exceptional - professional, personable, attentive but not intrusive. The only negative, and a mild one at that, is the high noise level and congestion during peak serving hours. I'm sure we'll visit Napoletana many times in the future.

Great place. Great food. REALLY good cocktails. Our server Sofia was polite, attentive and funny! First time patron, but I'll be coming back.

The fried brussel sprouts and gnocco frito were amazing! We got the Marguerite pizza which was also very good - the atmosphere was beautiful and we had a great time.

Wonderful experience. No need for a reservation. Our server, Jess, was excellent. Thank you

We named the mouse Timothy. Shortly after being sat near where the music was going to play later in the evening, we spotted a little grey mouse running along the wall and climbing into the booth seats. We informed our waitress and she said that she let her manager know. For the next hour and a half, we watched this mouse run along walls, under other people's tables and under our legs. We did our best to scare him away from our table by kicking the empty seat at our table whenever he came by while we were having our dinner. Thankfully there was enough pizza crust and mussel shells on the floor to keep him occupied. On our way out, I quietly asked the hostess to get the manager to tell them about our experience. Apparently, our waitress was the manager and only had "I'm really sorry" to say. Now, we chose not to tell the other guests that there was a mouse under their feet to try and be as respectful of others as possible, and didn't expect someone to run around after the mouse like an old timey cartoon but they didn't even ask if we were uncomfortable and would like to change seats. Just left us there, kicking the chair to scare away the mouse as we ate. They truly did not seem concerned about the situation at all.

Awful pizza, not Italian in any way. It was rectangular with uncooked cheese and a burnt crust. Service was very slow and unattentive. Thoroughly overpriced drinks. Avoid this place like the plague!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner and wedding welcome party at Napoletana Pizzeria in October, and it was an exceptional experience. The general manager, Ryan, was the most accommodating and flexible manager we encountered while exploring options for our pre-wedding events. His professionalism and willingness to work with us were key reasons we chose Napoletana. Throughout the entire process, Ryan was a pleasure to work with. Later in the planning, we met Roberta, their events coordinator, who was equally terrific!

The restaurant boasts a great atmosphere and was able to accommodate our group comfortably. They also have a band that plays later in the night, which really capped off the welcome party for us. I highly recommend Ryan and his team for your next event or even if you're just looking for a spot to enjoy dinner and drinks.
