I order in advance to avoid waiting when I arrive at the store. But since I ordered to-go, they hadn't even started my order. If you're not going to treat online orders fairly, why should we order online and then stand here waiting? People who came after me got their food before me. This isn't fair!

Ordered 10 mins till closing. Half chicken sandwich and potato soup were delicious. It was my birthday so was gifted a choice of brownies, etc... the staff were professional, fast, and food was still out from carry out.

I've been to a lot of Paneras and this is one of the Paneras that I have been to.
I have eaten food at a lot of Paneras and the food I had hear tasted like the food I've had at other ones.
It is and does what it says on the tin.

I make big catering orders here a couple of times a month and the consistency is different every time. Some times the steak & cheese sandwiches barely have any meat on them, the next it is loaded. In my catering of sandwiches, some of the sandwiches will be loaded with chicken, while others will barely have any. As someone that has worked in this business for many years, the importance in consistency determines if you will see more repeat customers
