Pink bamboo is a wonderful little spot in Portsmouth with absolutely delicious food! The hotpot is fantastic and they are very helpful if you don't know what your doing and their other food is great as well.

Very cute and cozy place. We were on my daughter's early Birthday weekend and this is one of the places we wanted to try. We were not disappointed. This was our first time trying hot pot. Thank you Kevin for showing us what to do. Service was excellent. Would recommend making reservations though place is note very big. Will definitely be back when in town.

Service was great, vibes were good and its obviously a local favorite, but hot pot was just okay. I would go again as it was a pretty good deal for hotpot but nothing too special. Spicy broth was actually really spicy lol They could have offered more variety with sauce. All they had was spicy chili and Asian barbecue sauce.
