My Birthday was better than I imagined! We drove an hour from Mass and then stopped by a restaurant near by before they opened! We were greeted with the best hosts in the industry! Apple cider donuts and hot cider was also a surprise treat to all guests in the AC hotel! Every bite and warmth of conversation was everything that I needed! It was nice to get away from the fast pace and heavy traffic in Mass! We will be back!
Our last lobster roll of the week and it was delicious! Nice heated patio with water views!
Our server was having a tough night and the food was clearly not her fault. We waited 35 minutes to get our soup salad and appetizer. We then waited another 25 minutes for our food we both got the chicken and it was clearly over cooked. I didn't even want to box up what I couldn't each. The manager actively avoided us when we were trying to find out if our order had been entered into the system. I blame our bad experience squarely on management. If they had been checking on tables rather than on their phone I doubt we would have waited so long. I do not recommend unless just stopping in for a drink. The bar patrons seemed well attended to but we were completely ignored. We will not go back.
Food and atmosphere are great! The hostess and staff are very attentive. Our server, CiCi was the best! She is very friendly but totally professional. Please try this restaurant - you will not be disappointed!
The food was very good, but the kitchen was slow. It did not seem to be a busy night either.
Great for apps & drinks w great atmosphere the view was beautiful at sunset. Dinner menu was very limited.
Turkey club was good. Lobster roll had alot of shells in it, should have been a comp, burger was awful. Server Eli was amazing, he was the only good thing about the experience. I will not go back or recommend anyone going.
We went to dinner and was able to have a drink prior at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and made a great martini. The host/manager was very accommodating and personable. She said if it were too cold outside under the heaters, she could provide a blanket. Here is where the displeasure comes. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before the waitress greeted us. I could see if the restaurant was busy but it was not. She took our drink order, dropped them off and didn't come back to our table for 30 min. At that point, we decided to leave and address our displeasure.
We ate dinner at The Rooftop at The Envio, on Thursday, September 18th. Met your wonderful hostess, Deb. She was extremely friendly and sweet. Deb even wished my daughter a happy birthday. She was a breath of fresh air. ❤️
The rooftop was good. i'd say 3.5 stars. service was good, food was Ok. not much selection and small portions but pricey but I guess thats what you get with a hotel restaurant. drinks were good

The young male host was brusque at the get go when we arrived early, rude when we inquired about being seated earlier than our reservation, and then when he finally seated us (at a table among several that had been empty the whole time we waited) lied about why he hadn't seated us early. When we got the menus, disappointed to find the lobster app that we had seen online wasn't on the menu in the restaurant and we were told it wasn't available. Then when I chose my preferred beer from the (not great) menu list of beers, I was told they'd decided three days earlier to change beers, didn't have mine and hadn't received the new one yet. After all that, the food was quite good. Really unprofessional impression given, but the food, facility and views were good.
Chicken was dry and fried to oblivion in old oil or something. Chicken came out a really odd brown color and it was thin and had no taste.
The view was beautiful, however a bit too cold for outside as we had planned. Very disappointing dinner. The lobster roll was served cold, and the roll was not toasted. Felt like it was thrown together. For $38 it was unacceptable. The burgers were not cooked to order and over done. We were with a group of 6 people for a celebration and quite honestly, I was embarrassed.
