We had been eagerly awaiting a reservation in an igloo. Our night finally came despite enjoying anice time together chatting, the whole experience just missed the mark. The food was terrible- but all of out apps and meals fell short in the taste department. Soggy bread with our brie, a goat cheese crostini that was just missing something. Our irish coffees were delivered nearly overflowing. Our service was just okay. We had to take our own food and drinks off the tray b.c. I think it was difficult for the server to bend down to the coffee table height with drinks and food. When we arrived it wasn't 'wecome! may I have your name" it was "whats your name?". Overall it just didn't work for us.

If you’re looking for an intimate dinner getaway look no further. From the creative drinks to the well thought menu, this is the perfect spot. The only thing better than the view was the incredible service Theo provided. He was nothing short of enthusiastic, entertaining and bright.

I loved the igloo! It was a cold night and it rained off and on but we were toasty inside. We ordered several of the ‘plates to share' for 4 of us. It was all very tasty. And yes we tried to tell our server to stay out of the rain. He went above and beyond. Thanks Davis!

Seems like a great spot for a quick drink and some snacks, but dinner was less than desirable. Drinks and atmosphere were very good. My date's salad had come out roughly 30 minutes after my salmon, because they accidentally entered salmon instead of chicken for the meat. The waiter seemed on the newer side and was very apologetic, but he did not write down our orders. My salmon was pretty dry, and I did not consider finishing the plate. Of all the great restaurants in the area to choose from, I consider this reservation a mistake I wouldn't make again.

Fun place for an afternoon drink and snacks. Livelier than expected at 3:30 in the afternoon! Bar was packed and lots of tables, too. Great view. Good flatbread and meatballs to share. Very good drinks. Will definitely be back!

I was very disappointed when I had ordered the lobster Mac and Cheese and there was no cheese sauce at all not even a cream sauce. I was told that this is how it comes, this should not be listed on the menu as mac and cheese if it does not contain a cheese sauce. They were nice to remove and not charge us for it. The waitress was great and ambiance was good.

Initial walk in was disappointing. A chair and sofa had food stains all over them. Connected to a Marriott chain one would think they would be washed properly. Also, maybe a duvet cover over top of them would make them look more presentable, especially when you're paying money for the space. Food was pretty good and the price wasn't horrible compared to a hotel chain for a special Nice views of surrounding area overall. Had a great time but the initial look of the sofa made me question spending the extra money, for the igloo.

So after watching Chronicle tonight boasting about how wonderful they are, I have to post this review. I’ve waited almost two months to see if the bad taste left my mouth but it hasn’t, so here it goes. I very rarely leave a negative review ANYWHERE. If I leave a review it’s to compliment whatever business I’m impressed by, very rarely the opposite. However, I’m so disappointed in the management at the Envio. My husband reserved an igloo in November, for my birthday, which is in December. He invited friends from out of town, rented a limo so we could be responsible, and have a fun, safe night. He called the week before to confirm the reservation and they said they didn’t have our names in the books. We had the log of the phone call in our phone history, a text from my husband to me, saying we were all set for that date. The Envio couldn’t have cared less that by they made an error. My husband talked to the woman, who was rude and super unhelpful, then asked for a call from the manager which he never received. He sent an email to follow up, nothing in return. We had to scramble to find other plans last minute and while it all worked out, our carefully planned evening was nothing like what we had planned. If you book a reservation with them for the igloos, which you have to do in person via a phone call, please make sure to request an email confirmation saying you are all set, just so they might think about honoring it.

Loved the view & atmosphere. Food & drinks were great but the evening we were there with a party of 10, we were repeatedly ignored by our server which was so unfortunate as we were there celebrating a birthday. We will likely try it again, but will be hesitant to sit anywhere but the bar.

Horrible. Out of everything we tried to order most things were not available. Table of 4 and 3 people got their meals my chicken sandwich was sold out reordered and Got the chicken Caesar salad and chicken came out after the water logged salad was served. Waiter was friendly and apologetic but it wasn't enough to make it better. Definitely won't return here.

Reserved the igloo for a birthday party 2/10/24 for 6 people. Had a 4:00 reservation. We were able to get in right away. ATMOSPHERE: The heaters were already on for us so it was warm inside. We had the "ice" igloo it was comfortable and well decorated. Mirror pillows, nice sparkling lights. My only complaint is the outdoor rug did not fit well and bunched up in areas. Nothing we weren't able to work around since you can't walk around in the igloo. SERVICE: Service was excellent as the party arrived intermittently; we were offered drinks right away. We were checked in on as needed. FOOD: We shared appetizers and food. It was all delicious. TIME: They were great about letting us know when our time was nearing so we could get in more drinks or desserts. The 2 hours was plenty of time to chat, talk pictures enjoy the deck, eat, drink, and be merry.

Having attended a lovely professional dinner at this location I thought the restaurant would display the same quality of food and experience. Instead it was really an overpriced bar menu. Our food was adequate but nothing special. Perhaps if we had been interested in the extensive drinks menu it would have been a better choice for us.

Our server was amazing!!so friendly, attentive , professional . sadly I can’t remember her name from the excitement of the night. I got proposed to and everything was so perfect, the food was delicious we ate every bite ! Can’t wait to come back another day. Inside & outside is absolutely beautiful . Everything is clean, classy and comfortable. The Lobster Mac we will be dreaming about until we can have it again ignore the negative reviews and try it out for yourself ! Try the lobstah Mac & pepper steak ? we also had lavender goat cheese on French bread w apples and Bavarian pretzels. Don’t skip dessert! Apple spice dessert is delicious as is the piquant !

Overall service was slow although our waiter was very kind! We asked for a salad with chicken and flatbread to share. After coming with the food we realized we didn't have any sharing plates and there was no chicken on the salad. The waiter came back maybe 20 minutes later so we could finally request these things. He quickly got us plates and went to get chicken. Well we're pretty sure the kitchen gave us turkey due to the taste and texture. The flatbread tasted very good but it was small. We felt like the prices did not reflect the portion size or quality of the food.
