This place is a bit of hidden gem and away from a lot of the foot traffic so it doesn't get as much business as it deserves. We shared a Chicken wrap and it was delicious. We are definitely going back to try more things off the menu.

I get take out here about 3x a week, I adore the staff, the food and the ownership is wonderful. They take pride in what they do and I look forward to my lunch a few times a week. Very consistent, always delicious, and they’re always so friendly! 100/10

Salud was awesome! My salad was hearty, healthy and delicious. It’s a great spot to grab lunch chill outside just a little bit out of the hustle and bustle!

Got the chicken pesto bowl. Pretty basic and mostly spinach. Would not recommend.

To whoever decided to do what they did with the chicken in these salads, thank you. Unlike the last place they actually made the chicken a thoughtful and significant part of the salad. Freshly made, Juicy, Tender, DELICIOUSLY marinated with this extremely mild almost jerk-like marinade, not salty or overpowering at all, and it's put onto the salad warm and in very generous portions. Takes the salad experience 5 levels above the place that was here before. I feel like I'm actually getting my money's worth paying $15 for a salad (more like $18 because I added half an avocado). I don't ever leave reviews but my salad today made me so happy I had to say something. Keep up the good work!

Large portions. Smothered in dressing which made both salads soggy. To go salads should get dressing on the side for this reason. One salad had crispy tofu which was anything but crispy and made the salad even more soggy. Definitely worth the price.

The chicken sandwich salad has been my go to! The dressing and the pickles are why I keep reordering! The portion is also HUGE, I always have enough for dinner or lunch the next day!

Best salad spot in Portsmouth/Seacoast area. All of the dressings are made in house with no bad seed oils. They use and offer a great selection of local goods. All salads come with the dressing perfectly tossed in, but you can ask for it on the side if you prefer. Portion sizes are a bang for your buck here. This place is what Portsmouth has been missing.
