Went through the drive thru it was fast and they were great. We only got drinks but they were yummy.

I stop at this Starbucks most mornings on my way to work, and my order is always made correctly and ready on time. I especially want to give a shout-out to one employee—Marilyn (I believe her name is), who has bright pink hair. She is absolutely wonderful. After only a few interactions, she remembered my name and face, is consistently cheerful and welcoming, and makes the best peppermint mocha. She truly brightens my mornings and is a fantastic representative of this location.

I went to this location on my way up to Maine and it was clear that they were very understaffed, however when I got to the window, the lady who handed me my coffee was very friendly and pleasant despite clearly being super busy. She even went out of her way to see if my dog wanted a pup cup. It’s hard to get good customer service these days, so I feel she should be recognized. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but it was Saturday 10/18 in the morning. Thank you for the great customer service!!

What's going on? This used to be the best place for a decent iced ameracano. However repeatedly for the last few months what I get is bad cold coffee. Some training seems to be in order.

The staff there were very friendly. The bathrooms were a bit messy but at least they had toilet paper. One of our friends asked for a decaffeinated iced macchiato and they gave her a hot macchiato with caffeine. They did put it on ice after we said something. She did not know that there was caffeine in it until we were already back in the car. I do appreciate the flavor in my drink as back home they do not put as much flavor.

I'm so sorry my belusky puppy decided to try and indoctrinate you into his cult while we were ordering. I hope it wasn't too loud. They were pleasant despite my belusky puppy's desperate attempt to hold a conversation and explain his beliefs.

Very rude baristas when taking our orders. Extremely slow service. Totally ignored us. But the kicker was when the barista ran her thumb around the lid of my drink cup to remove the foam. Had to ask for another lid. Yuck - very unsanitary. Sure won’t go to this store again. Overall they all need retrained!
