Ordered ahead on the app to pickup inside and get there and inside is locked closed with sign says drive thru only. And there's about 20 cars in the line. Why allow people to order to pickup inside if the doors are locked and they have to wait and drive thru anyways.

I used to love this store but it’s happening again ? last year before their renovations it was like this but seemed to get better until recently. Order ahead is almost never available anymore but the worst part is the store inside is never open anymore just a sign letting you know that drive through is only allowed. So no pre order and no walking inside to order. The wait has been atrocious and I’ve left with many others many times in the past few weeks to go elsewhere. I’m sorry but if you can’t manage a store correctly than you need to rethink if this kind of business is working anymore with the lack of help. I’m a business owner and if I could not longer provide the level of service I always have I would either lower my prices significantly or close down my doors. It’s just frustrating that this is the norm now, if a business can’t get people to show up they just cut off services and charge the same prices. It’s nuts to me

I think if your staff are going to argue about their outfits and what they’re supposed to be wearing it should perhaps happen not directly in front of customers. Really awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. Super unprofessional. Would also be helpful for staff to have basic knowledge on how to locate ingredients for the food being served. Saying “i have no idea” where to find a list of ingredients is really irresponsible. Especially for people with food allergies and sensitivities. Get it together peeps.

My drink was prepared 3 times and was still awful. This was a drink I order regularly at other Starbucks, and was so bad that I called the corporate number to see if the recipe had changed. It hadn't...it was just the specific store, or maybe the specific barista?

The baristas at Starbucks on Woodbury Ave in Portsmouth New Hampshire are always wonderful. Quick with their orders, they always get it right, and they often remember who I am and what I order. Though I haven't seen AshleyLynn for a couple weeks now. I don't know if she has moved on or whether I was visiting at odd times. AshleyLynn was absolutely the best!
