I love Starbucks and their food and drinks, but recent visit to your Lafayette Road location left me very unimpressed as a customer. In placing a mobile order, I anticipate that when I arrive my order to be ready and/or almost ready. I was asked a personal question upon pick up if I was coming from work, and to place my order prior to leaving to “give them more time.” I placed my order in plenty of time, and wasn’t being rude or pushy in waiting for my coffee. I also arrived in my allotted time. If it takes you 6 minutes to make a coffee, then I’m sorry, something is wrong. I strongly suggested looking at your customer services especially when customers pay $9 for a coffee and were being patient. There was not reason for this comment, especially when I arrived at 7PM and the store was dead!

Went through the drive thru and they charged me twice - no big deal, accidents happen - but when I told them they said that is impossible and it wouldn’t do that? my drink was fine but it wasn’t worth $20 - wish they would’ve actually helped instead of just dismissing me.

Came in to buy a pound of coffee bean and after batista ground it only half to 3/4 of it was left. Don't goto starbucks when busy. They just rush to get things done and don't care how it's done

A Starbucks, need one say more?

I ordered a tall matcha latte and was extremely disappointed. The cup was filled almost entirely with foam—there wasn’t even enough liquid for two sips. This drink should never have been handed to a customer in that state. I ended up getting it fixed, but the fact that it was served like that in the first place is unacceptable.

A nice place to stop and have breakfast. Plenty of egg ? sandwich ? options available. Pastries and baked goods as well. What Starbucks is known for is coffee ☕. I had the basic medium roast and it was okay. The Impossible Sausage and Egg White sandwich was good, as was the small apple croissant. Vanilla Scone, meh ?.
Service was good ? and friendly. One young woman smiled and wished me good morning ? as I walked in. A young man offered me help on deciding what to order and figured out how to work an unusual gift card I had. There was no actual plastic card. The entire packaging was the gift ? card.
WiFi and indoor/ outdoor seating available. The drive thru and online pickup ? counter are very busy!
If you like Starbucks, then I recommend this one.

Vegetarian options: Impossible sandwich with egg white available. Oat milk option available.

Dietary restrictions: Let your server know about your dietary limitations ahead of time before ordering. Starbucks discontinued specific gluten free ? items due to low sales.

Parking: This Starbucks has its own parking ?️ lot. Drive thru available.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ♿ accessible.

Had a barista named Brian, took me and my younger sisters starbucks order, immediately from ordering he was an unpleasant person to speak to. He snapped at my sister and i for ordering food, then proceeded to make a comment about how irritating ordering food was. He then cut my sister off as she was trying to order her drink and in a stern tone started to lecture my 12 year old sister about ordering food first. he was very mean, very snappy, and cut us off while trying to order multiple times to make snarky comments about either us ordering food, having more then one drink etc. when we got to the window he did not great us at all, he threw the card reader out to us, still no greeting, snapped we were doing it wrong because i needed to select a prompt (i had just taken my card out and hadnt had time to look at it yet). he gave us our stuff and walked away, still no “have a good day”, nothing. coming from someone who works as a barista i try to give some slack that someone could be having a bad day, but i could never imagine being so negative, especially not in front of a child. as a big sister i want my younger sister to be taught kindness and im quite bothered that she was present to see someone treat someone that way. disappointing. I hope Brian was just having an off day and we happened to be who he took it out on, regardless i hope he isn’t always this way, i wont be going back to this starbucks unfortunately.

Rude drive-through service. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff overall. They made multiple mistakes with my order and were so eager to expedite the line that they didn’t even have the courtesy to hear me out to understand the problem (their error) and remedy the situation. I asked if it would be easier for them (albeit less convenient for me) if I came inside. The attendant said they couldn’t help me inside and referred me to customer service phone line that was not even open (just before 7 am Eastern time). Called the manager to give her an opportunity to apologize, refund me for goods not served (that I paid for), and maybe engender a little goodwill. I told her this was one of many frustrating interactions at this location and that I sometimes drive 10+ minutes out of my way to the Woodbury Avenue location because the service is markedly better there. At one point she suggested I explain the problem to the Woodbury Avenue location and see if they would refund me tomorrow…ridiculous! As the saying goes, some people just don’t know what they don’t know. This location needs some serious training at both the management and non-management level. Aggravating!

This was my first time trying starbucks, and due to the recent mixed reviews i was worried that it was going to be bad. But this nice man that took my order was unbelievably friendly 10/10 customer service, I’d recommend for all to come and try this location.

If you want service order ahead or do the drive through. Only ones in store and they are all so busy they barely acknowledge you. Then make 3 orders and still don’t take our order. I get staffing is tough but talk to customers so they feel valued.
