I have been meaning to post this for a long time. This location needs to be reviewed as soon as possible. The store if filthy! They DO NOT clean the store daily sweep or wash the floors or bathrooms. The smell when entering the restaurant is disgusting and suspicious. The employees are the bottom of the barrel people who look unwashed and dirty. Horrible customer service. Always have to wait forever for someone to take care of the customers ordering up front. I saw with my own two eyes two people in the back of the work area taking drags off of some kind of device. Probably drugs from the look of these people. Laughing and joking and not paying attention all while people are waiting for their order…always missing items. Sloppy prep. Everything I said can be experienced if you just go there! Corporate! Do your job and review this place, send mystery shoppers, unexpected inspection! Come on, this is pathetic! I’m ashamed of myself for eating here for as long as I did. Goodbye Taco Bell. This place and the people that work there are truly disgusting.

Let me tell you the story of how it took us 2 hours to get some cheap garbage food delivered.
7:30 - my friend and I order from the Taco Bell app. We pay a horrifying 10 extra dollars, because we think it’s worth it to have a quick and speedy delivery rather than having to go out. Our order is placed and our eta is 8:35
8:37 - no driver in sight, and the app saying nothing more than our order was received, we call Taco Bell. The very confused and bored sounding man on the other end told us, after disappearing for a few minutes, that our food was ready but they were waiting for the driver. Interesting.
8:46 - I get an update from the Taco Bell app. It appears that the driver is actually waiting outside, and our food has not been made yet.
8:48 - I get a text saying my food will be here between 8:33 and 8:48. Sadly I have to call bs because it is in fact currently 8:48 and I see nary a taco in sight.
8:52 - our food is finally on its way, promising an eta of 9:09. Finally, after over an hour and a half, we will get our food.
9:16 - the food arrives, but something’s wrong. After all that, they forgot an item from our order. At least they made it up by giving us about 23 sauce packets. Glad my 53 dollars was well spent.

They're supposed to be open until midnight but at some point after 9 they just shut all the exterior lights off to try and deter people from coming. They also seemed to never have any of the new items when they come out. Always waiting on the truck. I'd understand if it was infrequent but it's every week, no matter the day. I'm probably done trying to go to this place.

When you pay for extra beef and cheese and you get a little half scoop of beef and a half scoop of cheese to begin with, which is under the normal size amount it’s ridiculous. I know this food is garbage food, but come on if I’m gonna eat trash at least make it decent.

I go here maybe 1-2 times a month. I’m not sure my order has ever been correct. Commonly missing sauces on quesadillas and sauces on cheesy Gordita crunches… fail to put sauces in the bag. Never have had a good experience and I’ve been going here since the original local was across the street at Starbucks. Really sad because if they keep this up it will be gone in short order

Literally been standing waiting for my mobile order for 30+ minutes, even when I placed it 15mins before I arrived. No one has come to check or ask and I’m still waiting as I type this

Taco Bell has some tasty options and the staff is pleasant, which definitely adds a nice touch to the experience. However, the restroom was dirty, which was a bit of a bummer.

I noticed that all of the in person orders were responded to relatively fast, but my mobile order took much longer than it was supposed to. As other customers got their in person orders within minutes, I waited almost half an hour, when the restaurant was not over the top busy.
