absolutely love this taco bell! i need my fix every week or so & the staff (the night crew in particular) are always incredibly kind and sociable. i've had such positive interactions at the drive thru window with so many of these lovely people, it has become the highlight of my trip there. of course, the food is great as well! i've gotten my cheestiest nacho fry ever here so massive kudos to the legend who made that 👏

I come here in the morning every few weeks. It’s not overly busy, which makes for a nice peaceful breakfast/brunch. The service is professional and friendly. The food is delicious as one would expect. Inside was pretty clean. I recommend.
*Some reviews say the restaurant is dirty. I’m not seeing it. Window guy was in today cleaning the whole place too.
Understaffed as usual and slow but Meagan B. gets the job done with a Happy and Professional manner. Her positive energy drives the store and sets the example. My order though it took almost ten minutes in the drive through line at 12:15 PM today was hot, accurate, and had all the utensils and condiments requested. BRAVO Portsmouth Taco Bell and Thank you Meagan B.

I have been meaning to post this for a long time. This location needs to be reviewed as soon as possible. The store if filthy! They DO NOT clean the store daily sweep or wash the floors or bathrooms. The smell when entering the restaurant is disgusting and suspicious. The employees are the bottom of the barrel people who look unwashed and dirty. Horrible customer service. Always have to wait forever for someone to take care of the customers ordering up front. I saw with my own two eyes two people in the back of the work area taking drags off of some kind of device. Probably drugs from the look of these people. Laughing and joking and not paying attention all while people are waiting for their order…always missing items. Sloppy prep. Everything I said can be experienced if you just go there! Corporate! Do your job and review this place, send mystery shoppers, unexpected inspection! Come on, this is pathetic! I’m ashamed of myself for eating here for as long as I did. Goodbye Taco Bell. This place and the people that work there are truly disgusting.
