Update - company management reached out by email and phone with a very gracious response, advising that they take cross-contamination issues very seriously, but given the nature of their business they can not guarantee that cross-contamination will never occur, which seems reasonable.

Was very excited to try the dragonfruit açaí bowl. Unfortunately, it was very soupy with lots of small chunks of ice and none of it tasted homemade. Service was also quite slow - even with only a few other customers. Had to clean a table for a spot to sit.

I have been here a few times and I like that I can fully customize my smoothie and they have so many dairy free options, Ordering online makes it even easier to customize. Nice vibe in the shop, very speedy service. Add ins can be a little pricy but I understand the ingredients aren't cheap. I have gotten the very berry smoothie , look forward to trying one of their açaí bowls.

I was blessed this morning after walking into this establishment, an aroma of fresh fruits and vegetables flooded my nostrils, sending an exhilarating shock through my body, it was life changing. I was met by very caring employees, who work at the juicery not because it’s their job, but because they want to be there and serve the Portsmouth community. I ordered the red white and blue bowl, it was gorgeous. It was a rainbow in color, and the smells of Eden’s garden. I will recommend this store to anyone needing a fresh start, a taste of heaven, and a relinquishing calmness.
