I am an Uber eats driver in Portland and by far this is my most favorite place to pick food up from. Very friendly staff, transparent, amazing food and just a place that deserves all of ths business that it gets. Really not sure how they do it, but they do it and very well! Rock on Uber driver Brent

My Coworker and myself ordered lunch today from the new Route One location. When she returned with our pick up I noticed my acai bowl was made incorrectly. No big deal! I went back over to the location, explained what happened to the very nice girl at the window. She apologized right away, remade my bowl and I was on my way! When I returned back to work, I discover another apology written on the cover and a $10 gift card! I have to say hands down the best customer service I have ever received! I was happy and all set with the efficiency in fixing the error! Then to find a wonderful surprise just exceeded all expectations! I will continue to always give The Juicery my weekly (sometimes daily?) business! I wish I caught the name of the girl who helped me because she deserves a raise! ?

Never a problem here. Biggest issue is why aren't you open.. at least on Saturdays!To The Juicery: Your reply to me suggested visiting the Portsmouth Juicery. I love the Portsmouth store but one of my important reasons for visiting your business in Newington is because of the hassle of parking n all the traffic n people at the Portsmouth location. Even the quick, run in n pick up your food parking is hard to come by. The parking etc is wonderful at your place. I hope one day you will consider opening on the weekends.
