Best whole wheat bread I've ever had. I buy it by the loaf (and the loaf is HUGE, so plan on freezing half or giving it to friends).

The sandwich was OK for a deli sandwich, but nothing fancy. My big turnoff was they charged 3.50 for a small glass of tea. Then, they wanted me to pay again for a refill. I asked if they were joking because free ice tea refills are more than quite common. I got a snarky "I'm sorry" where the worker never even looked up at me. So, for the price you can save your money for a better customer service experience.

Best bagel I’ve had outside of downstate NY/ NJ/ LI. Great breakfast burrito too that gets pressed before served. Cream cheese is so creamy and fresh. We new this place would be special by the smell
Great bagels and sandwiches. Usually very crowded, but they usually get through the long lines pretty quickly.
Parking: Parking spots right in front of the shop are hard to snag, so I'd recommend going to the Hanover parking garage instead. It is right behind the same building so you don't have to walk any further!
