Meh, we had overpriced smoothies and while they sounded really good, we were disappointed. They were rather flavorless. Staff could have been a little bit warmer :)

I have ordered the BBQ chicken panini online multiple times and specified NO Pico de Gallo and NO baby spinach. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. there is both on it. I always buy two of the sandwiches for my boyfriend. Such a waste of money. Don’t give the option for special requests if you’re going to completely ignore them. It’s not an accident when it happens every time. Do better.

We pretty consistently get sandwiches for take out, but over the past 6 months or so the quality control has disappeared. My wife gets the same sandwich with the same modifications (remove a couple items and add a couple items) and I think we've gotten the correct order once.
The definition of insanity is doing something over and over expecting a different result. Sadly, we must be insane at this point, expecting our orders to be correct. Just a shame, as when things are correct, the food is great. It's just correct so rarely that you have to wonder why we keep trying.

My husband and I stopped in for a breakfast this morning. I ordered the sliced smoked salmon artisan sandwich and my husband offered the barbeque chicken melt. They made me a cafe mile, which wasn't on their menu but made it well! Thank you - would definitely recommend The Works Cafe for a filling, nourishing breakfast and coffee experience.

This is a psa ... food was great service great but please look up, I couldn't help but look up when I was waiting for my food and noticed dust bunnies being held together by grease? Only slightly holding on. If your not going to clean at least hit these with a shop vac so they don't fall into people's food
