We arrived 45 minutes earlier than our reservations, and they easily accommodated us. That was the start of our great experience. The food was above par. The setting was remarkable. And the service was fantastic. It truly could not have been any better!

We were seated immediately. Even though there were tables in the main dining room we were seated in a back room. Waiter was courteous and knowledgeable. The meatball appetizer was bland. . The calamari had more peppers than actual calamari and the crab cakes were mushy. My filet mignon was undercooked. The other two entrees we ordered were fine. Underwhelmed for our first trip there but options in Portsmouth are limited but most likely would pass if given the chance to go back.

I started with the Burrata then I had the Chophouse burger. The burger was cooked to perfection, the fries were lacking (flimsy). I would have thought they would have fresh cut or thick steak fries...oh well. The overall everything was delicious.

We had a great experience Uncle & Dad visiting my son before UNH hockey game, enhanced by a trip to Toscana. Christina did an amazing job helping us from start to finish. Her descriptions and advice were on point. The kitchen started with perfectly cooked stuffed lobster & tender grilled octopus. Everyone loved their meals...steak, seafood and pasta were all big hits. Food was excellent, service made it memorable...thank you Christina and team!

This was our second time at toscano. The food service and ambience was excellent. I had the short ribs which tasted great and my wife had the filet which was cooked perfectly. We will be coming again.

One meal was leftover from Valentine day four day previous and it over cooked and tasted four days old. The other meal short ribs which were excellent. Our server Alder was outstanding. We had asked for quite table and where seated on the isle and had people waiting for there table standing next to us watching us eat. Not a pleasant experience.

An excellent experience! We were celebrating my son's birthday and everything was perfect. Eric did a great job all evening. Cocktails were great and desserts were amazing. Meats were cooked perfectly. Sauces were fantastic. Thank you all for a special night!

Nicely plated options and meats cooked rare as requested. Very good food but overpriced. Too noisy to have a decent conversation, especially because we were 2 but seated at a table for 4. How about some quieter jazzy music rather than 90's rock? Manhattans were very good and presented well with dirty ice in a separate glass.

Once again, Tuscan Chophouse doesn't fail to dazzle our tongues and tummies! We've been here enough times (finally) to sample something other than the Wagyu steak (a must!). We had their 21 day aged long bone rib eye, their filet mignon, their sirloin, lamb chops and lobster ravioli. All were rave worthy!! Our side choices were also on the mark: gnocchi (!), broccolini, mascapone mashed potatoes. The dessert sampler topped off a delicious evening. Dress up (or not) and bring someone you love to Tuscan Chophouse very soon, and ask for Amanda, if she's working.

Waiter was nice but not attentive, never checked on food or 2nd drink. Rib Eye steak was thin, burnt on the outside, not worth $65. Seating was tight and noisy. Plenty of wait and serving staff. We would have appreciated softer Italian back ground music for diner not the loud bar music playing.

The food and service is always good. My friend and I both got espresso martinis and oysters to start. Both were great. We both then each got a lobster tail and mashed potatoes which were also great. We always have a good experience at this establishment.

The appetizers were very good, but entrees were just ok. I had the scallops, they were very salty. The room was impressive but very loud. So much potential but overall, disappointing.

The club music that was playing was loud and not fitting for dinner. We ordered the bolognese that did not have any meat in the sauce. The server was able to take it back and give us a complimentary dessert which was nice.

Amazing dinner and evening. They were kind enough to seat us early. Service was absolutely fantastic, thank you Alder! A+. The food was delicious from appetizers to dessert. Toscana stands in a class of their own. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you all for a job Well done.

Great food and excellent service. Our first time there and will be back. Had the lobster ravioli and the mixed grill, both were very good. Also had the Burrata mozzarella appetizer and was excellent. A fairly expensive meal but worth it for a special occasion.
