CRAZY slow. 3rd line for 10 mins inside. People behind counter standing around. Tables nasty. 15 customers in DR. Waited for food for another 12 mins.

I ordered a biggie bag. It’s SUPPOSED to include: fries, chicken nuggets, burger of choice, and a drink. I didn’t get my burger. How can you forget the biggest part of a biggie bag? So because I didn’t get my burger, i ordered the burger by itself separately. What my burger was is a bacon double stack. And guess what happened when i received my order… no bacon on my BACON BURGER. How do you forget to put bacon on a burger that literally has BACON in the name. Not only did they screw me over once, I got screwed over twice. IN A ROW. If they didn’t even have bacon, no one informed me of that so of course I’m going to be mad that I didn’t get what I ordered TWICE

Had a pretty bad expirence here earlier this year, they were massively under staffed and the staff struggled due to poor management. As a result my order took over 20 mins for a cheese burger and 2 chicken sandwiches. It was frustrating and I do not believe it's the staffs fault. I think they need to hire more staff during busy hours at this location. Not going back until they do.

I can't judge atmosphere because I didn't go inside. The food was good for the price ( I always buy the biggie bags). There was confusion in my order, but after they showed me that I got what I ordered, I thanked them and apologized for wasting their time. The service was great!

Drive through order, food came out quickly and fresh, fries, nuggets and sandwiches nice and warm, only issue this visit was customer service, drive through attendant seemed to just not want to be there, asked a simple question (which drink was what flavor) and felt like I was given an attitude, could be wrong though, never a fan of workers that express there dislike of employment towards customers

Stopped by the drive-thru and used the mobile app to order. I hate leaving negative reviews but I had the worst customer service picking up my order. The man working the drive-thru window was RUDE, RUDE and even more RUDE. From the moment he opened the window he was 100% attitude. No reason for all that, if you’re that miserable you need to find a job where you aren’t the face of the business and work in a customer facing role. I will avoid this location at all costs moving forward.
