Its been getting consistently worse. Yesterday i pulled in and placed my order at the drive through. Before they had a chance to display the order on the screen for me to verify I was told to pull ahead.
When I got to the window my order was wrong, no big deal. Until i heard the woman in the back ground loudly complaining to her co worker that I was an idiot and thats why the big bright menu is there for me to confirm my order. Talking about me like i wasnt even there loud enough for me to hear as if it was my fault they cant pay attention.
So as for the indirect insult....meh whatever. But coming from a business that I stop at every single morning... I will now get my coffee and breakfast elsewhere.

One employee was incredibly rude. First made bagels raw, then burnt them. Refused to remake the bagels saying we could toast them at home. Another employee was yelled at for the other employee's mistake/incompetence. To the manager, please fix your employee's behavior

(Putting this at the top of the review so people can see it without scrolling) A few different times I’ve found hair on the outside of my cup(once or twice in the inside of my drink) other than that being absolutely disgusting it’s also rude.
Put your hair back or in a hair net if you need to, but that’s unacceptable and gross!
I usually go to this location(Raymond) because it’s the closest to me.
Lately, they’ve been very slow and they mess up every single order. The employees are not trained and cannot make a drink in under 10 minutes it seems.
Today, I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for 3 drinks (2 online orders— a small refresher, a small frozen coffee, and a medium frozen coffee) and none of them were done correctly.
They used to be better, but lately (the past few/several months) they have not been good.
It’s a bummer because they are pretty close to me, but I’ll be happy to drive the extra minutes for a location that does their jobs.

I placed a mobile order on Sunday 6/15 at 2:18 spent 30 minutes in line got so aggravated that my wife went in and they were so slow doing orders that mine wasn’t even made I was so pissed I left without my coffee and will never be going back again this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location

If zero stars was an option I would put it, besides the useless staff who are more focused on socializing than getting customers orders done. They also took 39 minutes to complete an order, only after we had to ask for him to make the order which he then lied and said he yelled to us IN THE LOBBY. He also put his hand over a coffee cup and let the coffee run off his finger into the cup which is not only disgusting but also extremely unsanitary. People who walked in 20-30 minutes after us got served way before we did. on top of all of that I had another customer complain about the wait time in the drive thru as well. I would 100% recommend NEVER going to this Dunkin location, go to Epping or Kingston instead at least there you get your things in under 30 minutes.

Nobody can actually do anything besides talk to each other instead of getting the orders out so people that walked in 30 minutes ago see people that walked in 5 minutes ago leaving. Absolutely useless employees

The pot hole when you leave is just getting bigger and bigger. I hope y'all can fix it. I would hate having to stop going because of that. My car is pretty low so it makes me nervous when leaving that it's going to cause damage to my car.
