My husband and I have been coming here for a decade. I must say the recipes have changed over the years. Less flavorful, maybe to accommodate the community. Great prices, kind staff and the food is good. If you like toned down Mexican inspired food I would recommend Gordos ?

Vegetarian options: This was a happy find as I was just traveling through, and hungry! I phoned the order in and it was ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. 2 veggie soft tacos with black beans, rice, chips, salsa, and sour cream. Really fresh (no canned garbage veggies, even the mushrooms were FRESH!), and delicious and generous portions (I’m a light eater and this was 2 meals for me). Staff was very friendly when I arrived too. Would love to have one of these local to where I live. Bravo!

Gordos has always had very well tasting food along with their atmosphere and their service. Although I have noticed that they do cross contaminate. I have a family member who is allergic to beef but can eat every other meat. Most of the time when they eat at gordos they get sick so they try to avoid it. Last night my partner ordered a pulled pork burrito and there were a few pieces of steak in it. If you are allergic to any meats be sure to either ask them to use different utensils or avoid going there. Overall they are an amazing restaurant and I recommend their Steak Salad Bowl!
