Pizza special used to be a great deal I understand prices going up but when I used to get 2 pizzas on Monday an a drink it was under 15.00 now 2 pizzas an a drink an small onion ring is 32.00 an what I don’t like there are no prices on the menus

Pizza was too greasy. Burger was too thick - I ended up taking 2 bites and throwing it away. Disgusted that I spent $20 on a burger and fries and a water. Too expensive.

Stopped by today to check this place out because we heard great things about it and honestly the food was amazing, the service was great, everything came out super fast, portions were beyond what when expected… but the thing that really left a horrible taste in our mouths was the way the “manager” on duty was screaming at his clearly high school aged employees, regardless no matter how old they were they are in fact people and as someone who’s personally worked/ managed kitchens this was completely uncalled for… especially with a wide open kitchen as it’s set up there. Other than that everything was great and we’ll get food there again, shout out to those kids for having to deal with such an angry little man, keep it up!

Awesome food and incredible service. We had our dog with us so we are outside and the server brought him a big bowl of water and fresh roast beef trimmings. Made his day, and ours. The sandwiches were also excellent. Wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often.

We ordered the haddock sandwich platter, everything was excellent. Ordered the meatloaf bowl with added grilled onions, only ok. Grilled onions does not mean you take raw onions and throw them in the grill to warm up. You need to cook the raw onion taste out. Disappointed!

I have visited often - from Opening Day to Adjustment Days to Transition Days to Today (literally). I won't act like it has been all Tulips and Daisies but I will say that every Public-Facing Company deserves time to "find their groove". Any issues encountered were rectified quickly and without complaint.
My household of 3 Bachelors frequents the Raymond Site a large multitude of times each week. As one can imagine, we like to make adjustments to the ingredients that come by default, and are happy that Nick's Place Employees are willing to do what they can to ensure we get things made our way.
Not to knock the other Raymond Pizza & Sub Shops, because I visit them as well; each has their specialties that I enjoy. Support your Local Businesses and spread the monetary support to each.

I ordered a seafood platter
when I took the bag out to carry the food in the bag fell apart on the bottom and I lost my order.. I called and reported this to the owner and she said it was my fault it broke... that she packed it herself and left her store in perfect condition
but when I got home it was a mess in my driveway it was soaked the bag right through
I lost a dinner and $44.00 Thanks
It seems like every time I order from here in the past few months that something on my order is wrong. For example a rice dinner plate arriving with no rice yesterday.

Never had a bad meal there. Their roast beef sandwich reminds me of a place we’d hang out at called Harrison’s in North Andover, MA. when we were younger. Also, their pizza is amazing. So many different toppings available. Great value.

I will definitely be back soon! The customer service was friendly and the food was delicious. It is a bit pricey, but for the amount of food you get, it's worth it. Plus, food was brought out less than 10 minutes after ordering.
