Wasted my whole break waiting to be told that she's busy and can't take the time to make the dippers I wanted only thing I wanted it is literally a wrap and you put the cheese in it and put it in the oven 🙃 a joke of a business I'm just gonna go to jersey mikes for mediocre subs and I recommend yall do the same.

My husband and I and our friend went to subway today 6/7/25 around 6pm. The food was amazing aswell as the service. The new woman that was working by herself was great. She was very patient with us. Definitely can say the best service and food ive had from subway in years. Definitely will come again!

This review only reflects today and not my past visits. The service is great every time I go there. I've never had an issue till today, Sunday October 13. The hours on line say they are open till 9pm. I drive in at about 4:14-4:20pm to grab a sandwich just to watch all the lights get turned off as I park right in front. On the door is a temporary hours of operation sign.. I know staffing if rough these days but if you're gonna change hours for any amount of time please, please update your online listing..

The workers at this subway are some of the best subway workers I have Encountered out of all my times visiting SUBWAY®. They have always prepared my large orders, efficiently, properly, with care, and have always had a smile while doing so. The store is always clean, and the food fresh. I have never had an issue with any of the Staff or product! They definitely deserve more credit than what they get. We are living in times where everybody is shorthanded so please try to have some compassion towards the workers who are working in customer service. I heard they’re always hiring for those who think they can do better!! ;)

Don't bother going to the Subway in Raymond on Rt27. I've been a Very loyal customer since we moved to the area several months ago. Jersey Mike's is closer. But I prefer a specific Subway sandwich. In that time I overlooked rude,lazy employees (except for Holly). A staff member for whom English is a second language and doesn't know the difference between 3inches and 12inches. "Supply Chain Issues" one week no onion, one week no lettuce, over a week whith no Dr. Pepper. My husband goes to Jersey Mike's and tells me they have non of these issues.
The point is, Subway can no longer make the sandwich that I like. So there is no reason for me, as a customer, to tolerate their issues.
I will be going to Jersey Mike's.

Most times we order subway for lunch they get our order slightly wrong, which isn’t the end of the world. This time it was really bad. We ordered two sandwiches, the ingredients on 1 were a mix of both of the sandwiches ordered. I have never called to complain, but this time I had to! She told me we had to bring the sandwiches back in order for a refund. Unfortunately we had no time to go back due to work. I was hoping they would be more understanding, but now we are just hungry. ? I tried to contact corporate or customer service but nothing worked of course. Hopefully they can up their game. So disappointed!
