I am beyond mortified and embarrassed of my experience here. First they take my ID for 15 minutes and tell me it’s fake due to the issue date and expiration date only being 3 years not 5. I’m from Massachusetts and had to get a replacement license due to it being misplaced. The issue date will change. But having 5 people checking my ID calling the manager over taking out the book and holding it ip to the light and having all the guests from the bar staring at me was humiliating.. Thanks a lot guys won’t be back! These bar tenders really need some training.

We just had the worst experience at the Tuckaway butcher shop. We have been coming here for over 10 years for dinner and or the butchery. Today when we were approached by the “lady”at the counter, I asked a very simple question about the size of the containers. Her extremely rude response was” it’s small, med, or large. And she added “ it’s not that difficult” while shaking her head back and forth. Then she got even more rude when I responded that there was no need for her attitude. We had to walk away but I did go to the manager and let him know what happened. While I was doing this, another young man working at the meat counter listened to what I had to say to the manger. Me not knowing now waited to buy some meats from this person. He had now ignored us and when we asked if we could be helped his answer was “ maybe” then continued on with the person he was waiting on. We had to just walk out and told the manger we didn’t know what was going on in there but the people were ridiculous. Not going back anytime soon! I’m afraid that you just might have lost a couple of customers but you probably don’t care. I will also make sure that I tell everyone I know in the area about this experience since we live in the community. Horrible customer service from horrible people.

The New York strip steak was above & beyond perfect! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because the sides (spinach & fries), were underwhelming except for the coleslaw, which was great. Attentive & wonderful service, with great follow-up.

Loved the environment, super busy, and a lot of happy workers behind the deli. The young man who helped me was great! The burgers I got from them were super flavorful, and the hit of the cookout. The only reason I didn't give five stars is sadly the cashier who checked me out was a very grumpy individual. You could tell she did not want to be there.
Been eating here for over a decade, not impressed with the new menu and got a plastic tab in my mussels tonight. Ill stick to the butcher.
