When you walk into 110 Grill, you’re greeted by Christmas décor that looks like it, too, has given up on life. Honestly, it’s the perfect preview of the meal to come: limp, cold, confused, and radiating the kind of laziness usually reserved for teenagers asked to do chores. This was by far the worst 110 Grill experience I’ve ever had—and I’m a regular at both the Conway and Rochester locations because of their stellar gluten-free menu. But today? Today was… an adventure. All three kids’ meals came with broccoli that was not only uncooked and cold, but also possibly auditioning for a role in a fungal horror movie. Slimy bits. Black patches. The whole “don’t eat me, I’m going bad” package. The kids’ pasta had a surprise bonus prize: a solid, frigid lump of butter hiding at the bottom like it was trying to escape. The nachos? Cold and overcooked at the same time, which honestly feels like it should defy the laws of physics. They slapped a mystery glob on top, but the rest of the chips were as naked as a newborn mole rat. And yes—because the universe has a sense of humor—there was a hair. To give credit where it’s due: the kids’ chicken tenders were actually good, as was the bang bang cauliflower. So at least two things came out of the kitchen cooked, warm, and not plotting my demise.

This is an excellent restaurant with a great menu, very nice looking atmosphere, and a friendly staff that does an excellent job. The chefs were great as well. I stopped here a while ago with my family for dinner and we were not disappointed at all. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area/passing through looking for a great meal at a reasonable price! Thank you 110 Grill! I will be back!

Been before and was great. This time was terrible. No apology but ask if we wanted to be frequent diners. No

Always enjoyed the food, but service has been getting progressively worse. Waited 20 minutes after being seated with young kids without even being asked for drinks. Mostly likely will not return.

First visit to the 110 in Rochester, sevice was good, Fish tacos completely collapsed, due to tortillas being soaked and completely fell apart. Should double up tortilla. Sweet potato fries had good flavor but were under cooked and floppy. Burger was tasty but side of roasted brussel sprouts had no flavor.

We called ahead for a reservation for two at 7 p.m. Upon arriving, they told us we had to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we went in and it took 5 more minutes to get our table ready. People walking in with no reservation were told the wait was 20 minutes. Why did we even bother to make a reservation? The restaurant was freezing, but most are. I tried to order the mushroom ravioli, but they were recalled and no longer available. They were not crossed off the menu. Our food was delivered by the bus-girl, our waitress was nowhere to be found while my food was cooling. I wanted ketchup and butter and she finally came. She was exceptionally nice. The steak tips and fries were very good, but the broccoli looked old. We will stay away from 110 Grille. The only reason we went was because we had a gift certificate.

The food was amazing, and the servers are always nice here. They are also very allergy-friendly, and they asked three times if anyone at the table had allergies, which was greatly appreciated.

The interior was beautiful and the restaurant was clean. Only complaint would be that the food is a bit pricey.

On vacation in new hampshire with a big group (8 total). We confirmed they could accommodate and seat such a party and were excited to eat and get back on the road home to end the weekend.

We were being seated on the patio and to our surprise a group of strangers had since walked to our table and sat at it. A man in the other party rudely engaged the waitress and our party and informed us that “ this is a unique situation” and since they have an autistic adult with them that’s already sitting down they will need the table as asking her to move is out of the question, even though they have not checked in with the hostess.

Much to our surprise the manager agreed and gave them the table and moved us to a table entirely in the sun surrounded by wasps (we had 5 confirmed kills by the time we left). Easier to inconvenience a more reasonable group that might not complain I suppose. Whatever, so we order appetizers which were several cups of chowder and plate of dip, we wait over an hour for all of them and the chowder was cool when it arrived.

Beyond that the entrees arrive an additional hour later and are also lukewarm at best or burned in the case of the swordfish. My girlfriend and I each got a small cup of chowder, I had a grilled cheese, and she a plate of pasta for an entree. With tip the total was $80 which for what we got blew me away.

During the wait we asked the waitress if there was some sort of hold up or what was taking us long and we were helpfully informed they were short staffed in the kitchen and there was nothing they could do (the other rude party had eaten paid and left before we got our entrees). Nobody is entitled to anything which I understand but after all this nothing was comped, no offer of a dessert or a coupon or any token gesture of goodwill besides the manger giving us a 30 mph drive by of “thank you for your patience” before quickly retreating back inside.

Truthfully I don’t know that I’ve ever had an experience quite like this while dining and I felt compelled to write about it. Shame is on me as I had been to a different 110 grill and experienced similar things in the past down to the short handed kitchen so maybe it’s a chain issue.

Food was delicious. Appreciated the gluten free menu with lots of choices. Server was friendly although with a busy restaurant, the only bad thing was she wasn’t too attentive (no refills on drinks). Still was a good experience.

One of the one places I feel safe bringing my kids who have food allergies.
