We have had drinks and dinner at the Rochester location quite a few times. Mostly hit or miss with service and food. Went last night and will not be returning. Ordered cocktails, one came out fine but the Margherita came out in a short glass filled to top with ice, so a few sips later it was gone. So, I ordered a second drink and asked that they not fill the drink with so much ice. Waitress returned with short glass again but half full. Waitress apologized and said, "This is what bartender gave me. We returned the drink. Later I caught the attention of the manager, explained what happened, and she had no problem with it. Very disappointing!

Tiny portions for the price. Price to food quality is not even close to being equal. Ate dinner with 3 other people and all our food came out at different times. So there was that awkward "no I'll wait for yours to come out" at the table. They forgot my fries, but when they did come out ice cold was the only way to describe them. Had to wait for the server to come back into view to ask for ketchup, which 5 min later was this little cup of ketchup that may have been able to get me through half if I even ate them. Gave this place 3 tries, I'm all set with there being any more. So much potential especially since in that area there isn't much.

I did not rate the food because it’s overcooked. The kitchen does not pay attention to your allergies or preferences. My son does not eat meat. We asked for chicken on the side on an appetizer, and they managed to add chicken to the top and covered it with nachos Until we got to the bottom and realized there was chicken all on the bottom. After discussing this with the manager, she comped the appetizer and asked” was the rest of your food. OK “ an apology doesn’t seem to cut it. Ryan, Dion, the founder of the 110 Grill, who prides himself in an allergy free environment, for those should have food come the way they want it. Apparently at this restaurant that is low priority! You shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes just to get a drink order, why you see the bartender running around instead of pouring drinks at the bar this was lunchtime and it was not busy at all. I can’t imagine this place on a day that would be busy. Nowadays people want to get paid they want tips but they want to create horrible service stems from the person at the helm Management needs to be responsible for the outcomes of their restaurant. Clearly there’s no leadership here save your money folks stay home cook your own meals because it’ll exceed your expectations of this place. God forbid this error was a food allergy . As a paramedic, I cannot afford to make these kind of mistakes because peoples lives are at risk. How is it that the food industry is exempt from this responsibility? No, thank you never again!!

Nice atmosphere. Service was ok. Food was slow. One dessert was over fried with rancid oil taste. Fish was undercooked. Portions on the small side. Overall, not worth the price.

This place is pretty but my food was warm or cold it was definitely sitting out for a bit and when I let the bartender know when she returned I was met with a rude remark “is this hot enough for you?” … surely left a bad taste in my mouth. Don’t feel the need to come back.

Comfort Food that brings tears to your eyes because it’s sooooo GOOD!Dietary restrictions: The hostess asked about any allergies and if we would need a gluten free menu. The waitress also asked. We do not but have friends that do. I’d be very comfortable and confident taking those friends here and knowing they will have a great experience.

We were a group of 8. Server was very friendly and accommodating especially for 2 in our group who had allergies and food restrictions. He didn't rush us either. Food was great and nice clean atmosphere. Restrooms were clean too!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating. No problems.

Sat at the bar and waited about an hour for our food. The bartender said they were busy, which they were & normally wouldn’t complain, but everyone that came in after us had gotten their meals. One of which was the fish & chips and salmon, which is what we ordered. Salmon was too salty, and the mashed potatoes were cold. Super disappointing after such a long wait.
